This is a cozy, ground level studio flat, in a newer building. The front patio is unique to the Studio guests. Parking in front of the unit, or behind the building. This unit is ADA compatible. The kitchenette is modest, with a hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. Coffee and tea. Vaulted ceilings give the appearance of space, and the bathroom is very large. Heat/AC and sunny afternoons. Nestled at the end of a quiet country road just outside of Mt Shasta, this lovely guest house offers a quiet, cozy, and relaxing space with Mountain View’s in almost every direction. Nestled in the forest, this new and beautiful 1 bedroom house offers a peaceful, safe and tranquil place to stay and relax. You will feel like you are in your own world, but the town of Mt. Shasta is only 3 miles away. It is also conveniently located close to Lake Siskiyou and Mount Shasta Ski resort. There are nearby hiking and biking trails. Whether you just want to relax, and/or get out and see the beautiful Mount Shasta area, the Sugar Pine is a great place to be!

The Blue Haven, located in the friendly Gateway Community is the perfect place to rejuvenate and unwind. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with all new amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepped to make any meal. The firm queen bed and firm pull-out sofa are extremely comfortable with cooling mattress toppers and pillowcase covers. It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.
