The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

The property is a short drive to fantastic breweries, restaurants and groceries, as well as several parks and walking trails.

We are in a great private location that is 10 minutes from Clear Creek Metro Park and Christmas Rocks, 20 minutes from Cantwell Cliffs and Rockhouse, and 30 minutes to Old Man's Cave.

Buckeye Lake house, 3 bdrm, walk to anywhere

Enjoy the Buckeye Lake north shore. Public boat ramp less than 1/2 mile. Walk to boardwalk, enjoy winterfest, restaurants, Yacht Club, ice cream, Boat Yard for bike or kayak rental or enjoy a drink with live music. Fenced yard for small pet (no more that 30 lbs accepted with fee) or enjoy enclosed front entry way to watch the sunset. Roku TV & wi-fi available. Two bdrm, bath, laundry on main floor.
