The Heart of Vilas County Bike Trails and numerous Hiking trails are just minutes away. The #5 Snowmobile/ATV trail runs across the front of the property along Hwy 51 and we are surrounded by many area lakes and the Northern Highland State Forest.

Room for parking trailers, close to snowmobile/ATV trails and snowmobile/boat rentals! We supply 2 adult kayaks, 1 children’s kayak, 2 inflatable paddle boards, and life jackets. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove and fridge/freezer/icemaker. Beautiful sunsets, Smart TV and internet. 2 Paddleboards and 2 kayaks. Boat launch, fire ring and firewood onsite. Perfect for families and fishing getaways. We do NOT have a boat lift.

Phelps Seclusion

Private setting in the woods close to Phelps. Great for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing, and snow shoeing or just hanging out with friends and family. A full bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size bunk beds sleeps 8. Pets welcome, especially hunting dogs. A circle driveway that accommodates 2 or more boat or snowmobile trailers. We even had a trucker with a 53 foot trailer park here.

The Whitley house is furnished with all the essentials plus some and if you have a special request or need we do everything we can to try to accommodate you. 10 mins from Lake Gogebic County Park and many other fishing spots. A short drive to the Porcupine Mountains and directly off the ATV/snowmobile trail that runs through Marenisco.
