Excellent accommodation with everything you could ever need for a wonderful stay. Perfect location just a short safe walk to local cafes & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very, very close to everywhere we wanted to go (walkable). It could have been cleaner. The top levels in the kitchen area were not cleaned at all, but I only noticed because I am two meters tall and like to put things down on my eye level! As others pointed out, the fridge is very noisy. All in all, a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Ohna’s apartment. The Apartment was very well fitted out and extremely comfortable., I thought it looked better than the photos which is always a plus 😀. The location could not have been better, very central but also very quiet with secure car parking. Although check-out was 10am, they very kindly allowed us to leave our car in the secure parking until the afternoon which was greatly appreciated. We are hoping to come back later this year to see the whales and would definitely book Ohna’s place if it was available. On a side note, for any future vegetarian guests, the Pear Tree, down by the sea front had excellent food.

We loved our stay! The bath tub is amazing, the bed super comfortable and the garden with the terrace is a little oasis. Would definitely come back.

The apartment was lovely, in a central location walking distance from the old Harbour, restaurants and cafés. I was able to work from the apartment with a comfortable desk and good wifi. Nonnie was a very friendly and helpful host, and she provided great recommendations, including going to the Saturday market in Stanford which was lovely.

Fantastic location for tram and town itself, all you need and more!

We had the most amazing stay! We travelled with 2 small kids, and the jungle gym and jumping castle that was up near the restaurants was a great hit, as they were within walking distance. It is close to everything, including the restaurants, walking path and grocery store, and that's if you need to leave the house..... The place itself was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed watching both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony! We will definitely be back!

Had I known that there was no step in shower I would not have booked - but that is my preference . Others may be happy to have a shower over a bath The Kitchen had a good few 'appliances" but no table to sit at ??? There was lots of coffee and Rooibos tea but no milk ? We found the lighting in the bathroom inadequate I am being hyper critical in the hope and belief that Zahne will consider my, hopefully, constructive criticism Thanks Zahne I hope I will be welcome again despite my hopefully constructive comments

Petro’s place had everything and MORE, it exceeded our expectations. The scones on arrival was a special treat, with host petro being the kindest loving hostess anyone can ask for. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back soon

We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s gorgeous place and will definitely stay again ..Sally and Jeans’ collection of vinyl records was just awesome ..wonderful memories and so much fun playing records again in this digital age!!

What an absolutely amazing place, so peaceful and really beautiful surroundings, close to activities in Swellendam but away from the crowds. The perfect getaway with family. Lena was an absolute star.

One of the best houses we have stayed on our 8 weeks trip through ZA. Everything was super clean and tidy. Beautiful Outside Area with nice Pool, Lounge and Braai. Also the House was perfectly equiped. Marita is very friendly and helpfull. Perfect place to stay

What a lovely, tranquil, and peaceful stay! The home was spotless and truly one of the best and most well-equipped places we’ve ever stayed in. From the spacious and comfortable bedrooms to the pristine bathrooms and the thoughtful amenities throughout, everything was designed to make our stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. Even though the weather wasn’t the best- the home was so cosy to spend in doors as well, but definitely booking it during summertime to get to experience it then as well. Overall, a fantastic experience—10/10, would definitely recommend, with a lovely host/cohost to make it a great experience.

Jo-Mare was an excellent host - and gave the kids some bird feed for the ducks when we arrived which was lovely after a long journey. Andre also lit the fire inside and in the hottub! The house was beautiful. Very large, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. The beds were comfy, and there was literally everything you could need. The hottub was a lovely extra when the kids were in bed!

We had a great stay and Lisa is a wonderful host. You have to keep in mind that it is a little far to walk to the lagoon and would defenitely not recommend doing it after hours.

Wow wir waren begeistert! Das war das schönste airbnb auf unserer Südafrikareise und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Wine Tram und ca. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum, ein Supermarkt war um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin hat einwandfrei geklappt. Das Apartment ist riesig und hat eine sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer was zum verweilen einlädt. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch sehr großzügig gestaltet (sogar mit Schminktisch) und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Clean, lovely flat with all amenities needed. Check in was easy and Monika, our host was very accomodating. The location is very central and walking distance to town, should you want to.

Great place to stay and location, really nice secure and safe apartment. Friendly checkin from Ian with great recommendations! Only setbacks is there seems to be a an extractor fan on constantly in the bathrooms with no way of turning them off which affected my friends sleep as he is a light sleep. Hot water was a bit temperamental as well with it not being red hot more of Luke warm temperature. Other than that lovely place to stay and will be back if we come here again! Thanks!
