The summer house is a detached house at No. 26a. You reach the house through a private entrance where you can park your car. The haus is equipped with all comforts. A fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.) where you can enjoy cooking. A nice living room with a new comfortable (sleeping) sofa. A sleepingroom with separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Located 50 meters from the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee and only 400 meters from the beach.

Perfecte plek voor vakantie en om rustig te kunnen werken. Het polderhuisje ligt centraal: het strand (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) en Utrecht (30km). Welcome to our charming thatched farm house anno 1650. The house is fully detached and situated on an old cheese farm. Recently completely renovated, it has a spacious living, kitchen, 3 bedrooms accommodating up to six persons. Situated along the hiking path 'Grote Polderpad', you can visit wind mills, spot waterbirds, and enjoy the alpaca's at our farm (shearing occurs this weekend). The house is ideally located for day trips to the beach, Leiden, Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Kinderdijk, etc.

This summerhouse is located in a quiet street in the nice centre of Katwijk aan Zee. 300 m from the beach. Also ideal as point of departure for walking and cycling. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. On the groundfloor bathroom with toilet and 1 bedroom with a double bed (1,40 x 2 m). On the first floor the living room with a kitchen (fully equipped). You can reach the first floor by stairs (steep stairs, unsuitable for people with walking difficulties).
