Leuke en schone appartement. Als je van een rustige omgeving houdt om even te ontsnappen van alle drukte. Alles was aanwezig, vaatwasser, wasmachine, koelkast, flatscreen pal aan de boulevard. Uitzicht op de zee en je hoort de golven. Schilderachtige omgeving ongelofelijk mooi. Klein minpuntje het zit op de 4e verdieping zonder lift. Verder vriendelijk geholpen met tips.

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour a Lavagna dans l'appartement d'Alessandro, meublé avec goût, avec du matériel de qualité , spacieux et très confortable. Les gens du quartier où nous résidions étaient très aimables et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite a l'aise. Il y a un boulanger et un traiteur de pâtes fraîches à qq metres de l'appartement qui sont un vrai plus. Alessandro était de bon conseil, très sympathique et répondait rapidement a toutes nos questions, que ce soit a propos du logement ou des activités dans la région. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Antonella went out of her way at every turn to make our stay as wonderful as it was. She is kind, warm and caring. The place as everyone has said is a dream come true. And it was a huge bonus that Antonella lives next store as she was unobtrusively proactively helpful. And there if needed. It was especially important to us that she cares about the environment and is into sustainability as we are. She is mature but forward looking and youthful in so many ways. We thanked her privately and here again publicly. Both Antonella and her place are deserving of it. Le Cinque Terre is legendary for good reason. So is this home.

A pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Cogoleto (che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata), l'appartamento di Raffaella è un piccolo gioiello. Noi ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa, con tutte le comodità necessarie. Non manca davvero niente! Anche il divano letto è spazioso e confortevole. Tutte le informazioni necessarie sono indicate. Zona tranquillissima e verde, vicini simpatici e gentili. Raffaella e Aldo sono stati disponibili durante il nostro soggiorno e cordiali, torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of five. The apartment has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and there are two terraces to soak in the view. The apartment is a short walk from the Monterosso train station. However, it does require climbing steps. We have young kids (youngest being 7) and they all did fine. However, I can see the walk to the apartment being difficult for those who may have limited mobility. We hope to come back to Cinque Terre and would stay here again.

Ottima esperienza! Alloggio in pieno centro e comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione centrale. Appartemento pulito e moderno, ci siamo trovati estremamente bene!

Grazioso appartamento in posizione comodissima e tranquilla per spostarsi a piedi verso Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure e Portofino. Pulito, arredato in modo semplice ma con tutti i confort necessari al soggiorno. Comunicazione e indicazioni per raggiungerlo davvero gentili e precise. Ottima scelta per evitare la confusione, traffico e affollamento del ponte del 1 maggio. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato e anche il parcheggio pubblico proprio di fronte. Molto carina e vicinissima anche la spiaggia del piccolo centro San Michele di Pagana. Consigliato per coppie e famiglie con 1 bambino, i letti e lo spazio e sono forse un po’ piccoli per ospitare più persone. Mi sento davvero di consigliare l’appartamento.

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, sympathiques, qui parlent parfaitement français ! Ils ont été de bons conseils pour nos visites et les restaurants. Appartement idéalement placé pour accéder à la plage , au train, au bateau et au petit centre ville. La location du garage est très pratique pour le stationnement. En résumé Séjour au top. Location à recommander +++

We enjoyed our 7-night stay at the GreenHouse. It's in a convenient, central location within Centro Storico, walkable to pretty much everything. Countless good restaurants, some that are literally right on your doorstep, and the rest within a 10 minute walk. The property is cozy and well supplied with everything you need, as well as some generous welcome amenities like fresh trofie al pesto and local desserts. Definitely above and beyond most Airbnbs. To nitpick: it's a little dark inside, but about what we expected from the caruggi of Genova. The main bed is on the small side for two people and could be slightly more comfortable, but on par with most Airbnbs in the price range. And there is a bit of noise - being in the bustling Centro Storico, as you would expect. Giulia was a great host; she welcomed us personally, showed us around the flat and gave helpful recommendations. Really enjoyed the stay overall, would return!

Superzentral gelegen und sehr gepflegtes, stylisches Apartment. Elle war sehr hilfsbereit mit Restauranttipps. Sehr gern wieder!

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable à Ricco di Golfo. Le logement est cosy et très mignon, et l'hôtesse très accueillante et aimable. La Spezia est à 10 minutes et Pise n'est pas loin. Nous recommandons le logement !

È stato un soggiorno molto gradevole! L'unico problema è stato avere male ai piedi per quanto abbiamo camminato, e le due rampe di scale a fine giornata mi hanno sempre dato il colpo di grazia 😂 Alloggio veramente comodo per raggiungere il porto antico (dove c'erano i nostri punti di interesse) e veramente ricco di posti dove poter andare a mangiare. Mi ha sorpresa la colazione piuttosto costosa (manco fossimo in Piazza San Marco a Venezia!! 😅) fatta al Caffè degli Specchi...ma pazienza 🤷🏻‍♀️ Meglio senz'altro quella fatta al bar in Piazza delle Erbe 😉 Un plauso a Giancarlo che è sempre stato molto disponibile a darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, in breve tempo! Molto consigliato!!

Appartamento ben organizzato e pulito. È vicino all’acquario, si può infatti raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi. Paola è molto gentile e disponibile. Unica nota a mio parere negativa: la scalinata per raggiungere l’appartamento sicuramente molto caratteristica ma un po’ pericolosa.

Super logement idéalement situé ! Très fidèle à sa description. Les hôtes ont été très accueillant et l’accueil et le départ se sont fait naturellement. Je recommande !

Grazioso alloggio,ben arredato e accogliente, affacciato su una delle piazze più belle di Genova in pieno centro, e con una vista privilegiata sul Duomo . Proprietari reattivi e molto disponibili . Consigliato caldamente per chi voglia vivere a pieno la città e il suo centro storico

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

This place deserves a 6/5 everything was impeccable. Fabrizio and Frederico were very welcoming. The apartment is perfect and equipped with everything you need. The views over the rolling hills were lovely and surprised me as I didn't know this part of Italy was so beautiful. Fabrizio went out of his way to help us make a restaurant booking and we were given the best table and treated like kings.

Appartement avec jardin, agréable, logement suffisant pour cinq personnes hôte , très gentille et chaleureuse et la gardienne est très aimable super accueil je recommande vivement

L’appartement de Paolo est situé sur les hauteurs de Rapallo: le chemin pour y accéder en voiture est pentu mais une fois trouvé la localisation est parfaite avec une jolie vue sur la mer et un parking fermé. Il y a également un petit chemin piéton principalement composé de marches afin d’accéder plus rapidement à la plage ainsi qu’à la balade du front de mer qui relie au centre-ville (ça monte mais nous avons pu le faire avec deux enfants en bas-âge). L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est encore plus joli que sur les photos! La piscine dans la résidence est grande et très agréable. Nous recommandons ce lieu!

Der Empfang durch die nette Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und informativ. Die Lage der Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Küste ist überwältigend! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt: toll ausgestattete Küche, viel Infomaterial vorhanden über die Umgebung etc. Die Gegend bietet unendlich viele Ausflugsziele, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder einmal!

Hosts are welcoming and easily approachable! The apartment is actually better than it seems in the pictures. Beach, ferry and restaurants are within 10 mins walking distance. The place is a real gem!

L'appartamento, situato all'interno di una residenza privata sicura e tranquilla, é molto accogliente e dispone di tutti i conforts. Noi abbiamo soggiornato durante il lungo weekend di Pasqua, per cui non abbiamo usufruito della bella piscina della residenza, non ancora in funzione in questo periodo. Alessia e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno accolto di persona per il check-in e ci hanno fornito ogni informazione utile per il nostro soggiorno. Per il posteggio durante i tre giorni, non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà a trovare un posto proprio fuori dal cancello della residenza. Il centro di Sestri é raggiungibile a piedi in 15-20 minuti, passando attraverso il passaggio sotterranneo della stazione ferroviaria. Siamo veramente soddifatti di aver scelto questo airbnb di Alessia e lo segnaleremo anche agli amici e colleghi francesi che desiderino fare una vacanza nella nostra splendida Liguria !
