Without a doubt, this is a great spot if you need some ocean therapy. Wake up, open the shade, and you feel like you’re beaching it within the dwelling. This is very much a classic beach house. To book it is to know that you’re spending your time out on the sand or at the nearby spots, without much expectation for your living space. The patios are really great, and made my trip ideal. The neighbors are also really nice. I’d definitely book again!

Do not hesitate booking this stay for your next vacation. The absolute perfect location, most charming little beach condo, INSANE VIEW!! Close to everything you need in the sweetest town. Steven is amazing and extremely helpful

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

My daughter and I had a great time! Your place is in an awesome location, esp being so close to beach/ocean! Loved that! Dan was very flexible/nice about Check in time and Check out time, which was very helpful!! The bed was soft/comfy. The only negative thing I could say was the “walking around noise” at times, being on lower level of an occupied upper level, especially noticeable in the early morning! We did have a noise machine that we brought, so that helped! (I did read about the foot traffic, once or twice, in other reviews, but overall, definitely still a very recommendable place!).

I stayed here with my family and 1 other family. We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the spacious, open layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room. We loved the jacuzzi, and the location was amazing! Right on the Mission Bay walking path (I’ve always wanted to know who stays in the homes along the bay, and now I got to be one of them!) and one block away from Mission Beach. Also down the street from one of my fav restaurants in SD, Mission Bay Cafe. We went to Old Town, spent the day at Belmont Park and Mission Beach, and another day at Legoland… it was really the perfect location. Mark is a great communicator and made sure everything went smoothly for us. We’d love to stay again. Thank you.

This was our second time staying at Matthew’s and once again it did not disappoint. As a host and person, Matthew is a gem. He’s so kind and ready to help but is so respectful of space. The surrounding area is so beautiful and the most peaceful area you will find. My wife and I go there to unwind and it equally meets both of our needs. She loves to listen to the ocean and I love to sit outside and see it. Whenever we want to plan a getaway, this will be our spot.

Location, location, location! Encinitas and this little bungalow was the highlight of our stay. The views from the living room and deck are breath taking, not to mention the amazing sunsets. Insider tip: the moon sets are equally impressive. Brooke was a 5 star host. Would recommend anytime!

We loved our stay at Mission Beach! The house is clean, well equipped with everything from towels to kitchen supplies to outdoor firepit. The location is perfect- a short walk to the beach, yet set back and quiet! Everything was seamless from entry to departure. We had a question about the grill, which was responded to immediately! Can’t go wrong here!

This was our second stay at this delightful home. It has the ideal location, just across the walkway from the bay side beach. And a quick walk across the street to the ocean side. The kids played for hours in the sand, we rented bikes and rode all around Mission Bay, and enjoyed sitting out on our porch and watching the world go by. The house is well stocked with what we needed. With three stories there’s plenty of room to spread out, have some privacy if needed, or hang out on the main floor with a great big dining table and comfortable living room.

Great place to stay at. In walking distance of the beach, and Carlsbad Village. Great place for a weekend getaway. Quiet neighborhood.

Stayed here for our anniversary with our pup and enjoyed every moment from check in to check out. Place was insanely clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor amenities. It’s in the perfect location with the beach and tons of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. 10/10 stay and would definitely book again. Thank you Ricardo !

This place is fantastic! The location is perfect. The space has been maximized so there’s a lot of room for hanging out and resting.Plenty of room for our family of 10. The view from the upstairs balcony is so beautiful and fun to watch the beachgoers and surfers. The property is less than a 10 minute walk to the pier. Great location for a fun family beach getaway! And Jayme was the best host! We were able to check in early and late. Her communication was perfect. Highly recommend this gem!

Great apartment. The view was worth every penny. So beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely return.

We loved being so close to the beach and so close to Carlsbad Village; once we parked our car we walked everywhere. So nice to have designated parking, too. The place was very nice, queen bed super comfortable. The pullout bed was not as comfortable, but after layering the sofa seat cushions on the 2nd night it was much better. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, bedding and towels were high quality. We would definitely choose this unit again. We found it remarkably quiet despite being so close to everything. The team at Sea Breeze is VERY responsive, but even with that we had a couple of questions that never got answered. That did not impact our enjoyment. We walked to State Street and had an amazing breakfast at Wildland followed by some good boutique shopping, then ice cream at Handels; a great rooftop dinner during happy hour at Fresco, and the rest of the time we stayed right on our deck or on the beach at Sea Breeze. Can’t wait to do it again!

The place at Mission Beach was cozy and comfortable for a family of three. We settled right in and the hosts were friendly and responsive when we communicated with them. Great location as well with tons of things to do for kids of all ages.

We enjoyed staying at Justin’s place. The communication was great via email. The location was right on the beach and boardwalk. There are several restaurants within walking distance including breakfast places. There’s plenty of nightlife around the area if you’re looking for that. Even though you could hear some of the noise from the nightlife in the front bedroom, it couldn’t be heard from the master and it wasn’t distracting inside the condo. We could hear the sound of the ocean from the master bedroom, which was relaxing. The kitchen was new and clean as well as the bathroom counters. The master shower needs an update and maybe new bedroom carpet, but are still acceptable. The beds were really comfortable. He provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and paper towels. It was just as described on the listing. It’s not the fanciest place I’ve rented, but it was spacious and very convenient, plus parking was included. We would definitely stay here again.

Tiffany responded so fast to ask my messages. I am so grateful we found this place! We were able to walk to the Harbor park everyday and enjoy the sunset out our window. The pool was very clean and the hot tubs are actually hot! The most impressive part was how beautifully kept the grounds were and the area was maintained professionally. Everybody who worked there was very respectful and kind. I really like visiting here.

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.

Abraham was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was wonderful and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We were told the place came with multiple boogie boards, there was only one there when we arrived. I messaged Abraham to let him know and within a couple hours he had delivered 2 more boogie boards for us. Very proactive and excellent! The resort area pools/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice also.

Great Oceanside resort retreat. The location is hard to beat with the ocean only steps away. Resort has a great pool and hot tub area as well as an adult only hot tub for those that want to enjoy kid free. Add in the gym and recreation area, this resort truly has everything you need. The Airbnb is well stocked including beach towels and some beach gear. For the beach, just be aware of Oceanside's sand restoration project. The North side of the river is still good though.
