Loved our time there in January! The house is a perfect gathering spot for family- fantastic kitchen outfitted with everything. Well suited for small children (with crib, single bed in roomy master) yet elegant enough for discerning adults. The activity filled basement is great for kids, teens and adults. The apartment was a great value – clean, modern, and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, even within an apartment building. The check-in process could have been smoother, and the kitchen amenities were a bit sparse (no toaster, for example), but overall, it was a solid stay and met our needs.

Great place to stay at!! Very warm, cozy, and welcoming! Rochester Downtown is right around the corner w so much to do! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

As always, very good accommodation. Everything is within easy walking distance. The landlord is friendly and always easy to reach. Any minor problems are resolved immediately.

We had everything we needed, nice short walk to the beach, and so many cute details about the home that made the stay cheery and bright. Nicole was a pleasure to speak to when we had a little oopsie moment (our fault) and didn't hesitate to try to help in any way she could. This is a great place to stay, highly recommend!

I was raised much of my younger years in New Baltimore. It's a great location near my family, high school friends, several restaurants, & the park on the bay. Many interesting area sites & museums are within an hour drive. Everything needed to be comfortable is within the unit. Gina, Thanks for being a good host.

Cute little place to stay, everything was clean and neat, felt very welcoming. Beds were comfy, pillows were comfy, would definitely stay again.
