Nearby in Mullaghbawn you will find outdoor pursuits (hiking, horse-riding, golf) and the cottage is 15min to Newry/Dundalk, 60min to Dublin/Belfast. The perfect location for your stay.

Cottage in Lislea, Camlough Lake

Terry Joe Cottages is an Irish cottage situated in Lislea. It is a stunning and serene area that is perfect for mountain walks and hikes, located at the foot of the Sugarloaf Mountains and next to the heart of Slieve Gullion. The village of Camlough which offers many shops and cafes is only a 5 minute drive. Also, the picturesque Camlough Lake that is only 3.7 miles away, hosts regular sunrise socials and regular midweek hikes, It is an ideal spot for a morning coffee stop and a swim.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.
