Very peaceful. Perfect spot between the water and the pool! Downstairs is a plus! Overall great place to stay! Very friendly people

We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Gary and Angie were awesome hosts. Very friendly and fast responding. The condo was so beautiful inside and out. The sunrise in the morning was breathtaking. My son is already bugging us to go back LOL, so I would say mission accomplished. Thank you again Gary and Angie for a great, peaceful, and quiet place to relax.

Amy‘s place felt very private, quiet and away from the hustle bustle. When you walk in the front door, your jaw will drop at the amazing lake view out the expansive back window and sliding glass doors! Great deck with comfy seating and steps down to the boardwalk where you can sit and dangle your feet in the water! Couldn’t have been a more perfect set up 😊

What a beautiful place! It was so beautiful. We did a really quick photo shoot on the day we checked out and the condo is perfectly lit and staged for lifestyle photos. And when we were able to relax, the condo felt like home. Thank you for providing such an amazing place to stay!

The place is really clean. Amenities were nice. It was cold when we went but my teenage boys enjoyed the basketball and pickleball. We would stay again if we come back to Arkansas.

This is our second stay here and much like the first time our stay was quiet, pleasant, and very relaxing. The balcony views are wonderful. The condo is comfortable, well equipped, and relaxing. There are 2 grocery stores within a 5 minute drive, a good Chinese restaurant within walking, and a small arcade within walking distance which was fantastic when you don’t want to drive and you want just a little excitement. The host of this property has been gracious, patient, and easy to contact. Which we only contacted him twice, once to ask about the availability and once to thank him. His correspondence to give us check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. We actually were not ready to return to Tulsa this trip because it was such a wonderful relaxing Hot Springs vacation!!

Beautiful place! Looks just like the pictures. The balcony looks right out on Lake Hamilton. Communication was great! It was fun to be out by the lake but it was quick & easy to get to Hot Springs National Park & Oaklawn! Would definitely stay here again!

Nick's condo was a great for our weekend getaway! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing in the spring weather. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We hope to visit again.

We found ourselves in a crunch when we needed a place to stay in between moving from North Carolina to Arizona and found the spot in Little Rock where I could work from home for a month with my small dog the pictures do not do it justice. It’s a much nicer place than the pictures would have you think it is. The area with centrally located there was all kinds of restaurants around and stores. I felt safe there. There were other Airbnb beers in the same building. I even had to cancel part of my reservation and leave early because I was able to get back on the road and Ruth worked with me to refund me some of that money which most host would not do it at all. Thank you Ruth. We appreciate you and we really enjoyed little rock. Thank you.

Kimberly's unit was outstanding. It met all of our needs and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay by the lake. We will definitely promote her unit and use it again in the near future. Thank you so much, Kimberly for your prompt communication, and for letting us use your wonderful place.

Debbie was very responsive and her place was very clean, we appreciated the coffee and snacks big big. She offered to cook breakfast also.

The condo was wonderful! The attention to detail was amazing. The owners are truly invested in ensuring guests feel welcomed and have everything they need during their stay. Our family loved our time together during our family reunion. Only thing is limited parking but that is not the fault of the owner or Grant. It is explained in the description. Over the top accommodations and service. We will be back. Also, to have the condo be pet friendly is a bonus. Our beloved Yorkies were able to be with us. Thank you.

I would stay here again. It was a beautiful view and the kids enjoyed the pool! Very nice and clean!!! Easy access to everything!!!

We really enjoyed the beautiful and clean condo. We loved how spacious it was for our family of five..all over the age of 15! We had coffee each morning on the balcony and spent some time playing pool and ping pong in the recreation room before lounging in the hot tub. We cooked breakfast one morning and had everything we needed, plus coffee was there and I was so thankful since I’d left mine home! Would love to stay again soon!

We enjoyed the condo very much! It is beautiful , even better than the pictures. Great location! We would definitely book again next time we’re in town.

Loved staying here! It was very beautiful and peaceful. Great recommendations were provided which was very helpful when deciding where to eat and what to do. Host was very responsive and very kind. Look forward to coming back, and hopefully staying here again!

Stacie had to make a change to my original reservation location months ago, and she immediately contacted me and offered this location, which was great!!! I enjoy the rental relationship we've developed and her places feel so homey and are so peaceful. I truly feel like a guest and feel so welcomed and can't wait to rent again during annual visit/event. Best host ever!!

***NO CARPET! People with allergies: this is one of the gems we look for; no carpeting at all! We thoroughly enjoyed Nick's condo! I loved going on the large balcony in the mornings and at night watching the boats. My 78-year-old Mother, myself and my teen daughter and her friend came, and this was perfect for our group! The master bedroom has a sliding door to the balcony and a bathroom with a large shower. The smaller bedroom is in its own short hallway which has the other bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well stocked, with labeled shelves & cabinets, making it easy to find things. Living room: you know how some places "look cute" in the pics, and when you get there, that "cute" furniture is very uncomfortable? Not at Nick's! My Mom and I claimed the two rocker recliners; soooo comfortable! There was also a couch and another chair, so plenty of common space lounging. Lastly, the luggage cart in the master closet, and the elevator make it very easy to unload/load!

Lovely apartment with private patio overlooking Lake Hamilton. Very peaceful- fully delivered as advertised. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

The place was beautiful! The view of the lake was spectacular...The beds were very comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Crystal was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and plan to.
