This charming apartment is suitable for younger guests, digital nomads and cycling fans as it offers a garage for bikes. It has a beautiful sea view with three balconies. It is located on the second floor (attic), so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems due to the circular stairs. Distance from the seacoast is 250 m, and from the sandy beach 1000 (15 min walk). The nearest restaurant is 50 m away. Market "Stanić" , butcher, bakery 250 m, large markets: Lidl and Plodine 600 m.

Surrounded by olive, lemon, orange and mandarin trees, wake up to a breathtaking view of the sea, and islands! The covered patio provides an oasis to relax with a good book, board games, morning coffee, or a glass of your favorite drink. Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Cozy studio in the heart of Pula, right next to the Temple of August, main Forum square and Agrippina’s House. Newly renovated studio with a private bathroom in a mix of modern/antique style on the 1st floor of the Roman impairer stone building. Enjoy the local restaurants, souvenir shops and coffee shops right in the front of the studio. Market place and Pula Ferry port are just about 10 minutes walking distance trough old city streets. Tourist office is just 2 min from the studio.
