Charming two bedroom garden flat Kensal Rise

Our garden flat is perfect for a family or a mature group of friends. It can sleep up to four guests (and we've a camp bed that's fine for a child). For larger parties you also can rent the flat upstairs that sleeps another four guests. The flat is in trendy Kensal Rise where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It's a short walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.

Charming, vibrant flat near Crystal Palace Park, filled with sunlight and featuring a spacious garden – our little oasis in the heart of London. With two cozy living areas, open the doors to the garden and invite the outdoors in. I’m a chef, my husband is a musician, and our family of artists has their work proudly displayed throughout the space 25 minute train to London Bridge, Victoria or Waterloo. 4 train stations nearby and the bus to Trafalgar Square leaves outside the front door!

Plenty of free on-street parking.

Family friendly home located in Crystal Palace, conveniently located for its unique local shops, markets, restaurants, antique shops and famous park. Close to Gipsy Hill Station (10 minute walk) for journeys to London Victoria/London Bridge. A 5 bedroom semi detached house with front and back garden and large decking area with seating at the back (two bedrooms are available with a double and two singles). The other 3 bedrooms are locked and empty when guests are staying.

We have lived here for over twenty years and love the area for convenience for shops & transport, friendly neighbours & parks for walking. The house is warm, safe and well maintained. Living room is such a great place to relax. With excellent feature lighting plus I have subscriptions to Disney, Netflix, Amazon Prime (purchases not included), YouTube and many more. Enjoy your favourites 🎞 whilst being connected very well to the garden, watch out for the squirrels 🐿 that love to check up on you at the door, and the occasional fox.
