Close to I-95, the Merrit Parkway, and Milford train station. Explore 17 miles of beaches in this New England town by bike, kayak, or foot.

Relax in this cozy, stylish suburban space - 10 mins. to UBS Arena, Belmont Park and Belt Parkway, 5 mins. to CI and S State Parkways , 15 mins. to JFK, 10 to LIRR and 25 mins to LGA. Close to Green Acres Mall, grocery and other stores e.g. Target, diverse restaurants, laundromats. Recently renovated keyless one bedroom lower level Suite, with private side entrance and comfortable queen bed. Seasonal access to deck with prior approval. Great for airline personnel at JFK and visiting RNs.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

A peaceful cozy private (not shared space) full studio apartment on the main level portion of house. Full size bed, with additional small futon couch in sitting area, kitchenette with dining area, full bathroom and private yard with outdoor seating. Everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One block away from the water and three blocks away from Dolphin Cove. Enjoy walkings and site-seeings. Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown. Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Beach, Dining and Relaxation in one spot!

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Captain's Cottage on Working Farm with Animals

Charming, fully renovated cottage with cathedral ceilings and private deck. Home has a separate queen bedroom, kitchen and living room on the main floor with small stove fireplace. There is a small loft on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds accessed by a library ladder (note: no standing headroom in loft). Private outdoor deck with seating and BBQ. Fast wi-fi, laundry access and pet friendly.
