We loved our stay at Ann’s place. Perfect home for a girls weekend away. Peaceful, beautiful views & surrounds. Plenty of space & beds for all. Good amenities. Lovely to have the Wood fire going in the evening. Ann was very responsive, easy to communicate with & it was lovely to be welcomed by the friendly dogs. We are already planning to come back again.

A Peaceful Paradise: The Perfect Getaway Upon arrival, we were greeted with the delicious smell of fresh bread and freshly cooked Anzac biscuits. It's the little touches that make an experience special, and Paul and Janet have truly mastered it. This property is absolutely stunning! The studio is beautifully appointed with immaculate attention to detail throughout. The peaceful surroundings offer a perfect retreat, with private dams, beautiful walking paths, and abundant wildlife—we were delighted to spot kangaroos in the morning and evening. Paul and Janet were exceptional hosts—warm, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating without being intrusive. They've created something truly special here and their passion for providing guests with a memorable experience is evident in every aspect of the property. If you're considering booking this place, don't hesitate—it's an 11/10 experience that you won't forget.

It was great to arrive and find a couple of lights on incase we arrived late. The house was easy to find and the key safe was in a great location. As we walked inside the long passage had some doors running off to 3 large bedrooms and a shared bathroom, the main bedroom had an ensuite that had a very large bath tub in. The beds were soft and the linen was very clean. The house is large and has a beautiful back garden area with a large bird feeder. (take a small packet of bird seed and put in the rotating wheel). The views from the balcony are of nice bush land. The house has a very large common area and the kitchen has everything that you need. Thank you Deb for a loverly house. Warm regards Gary

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed here and my heart is just so full being able to spend time with my loved one in such a beautiful house in the most beautiful location. The view is perfect, the trees are perfect, the house is comfortable and gorgeous. Having a BBQ, a pool and fireplace just ticks all the boxes. I want to make this my regular holiday home. I'd highly recommend Stephanie's country cottages to anyone looking for a peaceful bush getaway. A friendly and gracious host, we felt right at home straight away and the cottage was lovely and comfortable. The garden is a fantastic place to do some star gazing, then have a copy fire to warm back up. Just loved it. Thank you for having us Stephanie!

Stayed for two nights with family as attended the red hot summer festival. Clean & comfortable space, lots of room on the couch for all of us. Comfy beds & pillows. Walkable distance to the Jockey Club (approx 20-25mins). House situated at the back, so fairly quiet. Thanks for having us & we will definitely use again in the future.

We enjoyed a great working stay at Robyn’s place. The home was very clean and tidy with great rooms for everyone, excellent heating and cooling, and it was close to the centre of Bendigo for all the beautiful parks and restaurants and other things to do. Thanks Robyn :) We would love to stay again when we head that way.

Thanks Anthony & Andrew for a relaxing stay at your beautiful cottage! It had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway, plus dog friendly with a secure yard meant Pepper could enjoy the space with us :)

Our stay was great. Very clean and easy to get in. Had a washing machine and dryer which was extremely handy for our situation. Location wise was spot on and very useful for us as we played at QEO across the road the next day. The only thing I would say, and this isn’t a controllable factor, you can hear the night club when everything get quiet. Woke us up around 1pm when the cars were off the road, was hard to get back to sleep with the doof doof music, so if you’re light sleepers maybe stay away on a Saturday night. Was very enjoyable!
