We stayed here for 1 night during Derby weekend! Keegan was super friendly and helpful and the stay was very enjoyable! He was quick to respond and accommodating of everything we needed! The property was very pretty with a gorgeous pool that we unfortunately didn’t have the time during our trip to use. Very accurate and easy to understand instructions to access the Airbnb. No issues whatsoever! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely try to stay here again for any future trips to the Louisville area!

Kelly and her husband Paul were wonderful! Very friendly, hospitable, and helpful! My friend and I stayed for the derby and they gave us souvenir glasses and wine bottle. They also had great suggestion on where to eat and things to do! I hope to be able to stay again sometime!

This is our second visit to Susie's home. We go to Louisville frequently and have stayed in about 10 Airbnbs/VRBOs. There are few we really like, but Susie's is our favorite. Everything is perfect. There are instructions around the rooms explaining how to use anything that might be a problem. Everything is attractive. Everything is clean. Every thing is comfortable. They have a plunger in the bathroom. I have not actually ever had to use a plunger in an Airbnb, but it always makes me a bit nervous when there isn't one, which there usually isn't. It is close to Kroger, restaurants, etc., in a part of Louisville where there is not a ton of traffic, there is parking, and where the intersections are not difficult to navigate, which, if you have driven in Louisville, you know what I am talking about. Susie is very responsive, very helpful, very nice. The rate compares very favorably to other stays this size, and many much smaller. We will always stay there if it's available.

We had a very comfortable stay. Loved the location. It was a walkable area - just right for getting a chance to move after a long drive.

This was the third time we have stayed here and as always it's a wonderful relaxing place to spend time with family and friends. We highly recommend it!

April was beyond accommodating and kind! She made sure we were well taken care of and the pictures don’t do the place justice! It’s beautiful, peaceful and probably the best sleep I’ve had in forever! Not to far from down town activities and a wonderful host!

Absolutely loved this location! The unit was homey and very comfortable- anything you need, they have it! I especially loved the little details, such as board games and books to read, snacks to munch on, and extra blanket and pillows already laid out for guests. It was clean, quiet, and had the most comfortable beds. Russell was always quick to respond and very friendly. I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting southern IN!

This was the perfect place for us to stay when visiting family nearby. Although we were connected to the host's residence, we felt like we had complete privacy. There was plenty of space, comfy beds and futons to sleep on, all kinds of extra blankets and bedding, shampoo and body wash in the shower, and a small kitchen area with microwave and mini fridge. Dont come here looking to prepare big meals, but otherwise its perfection! Betty was very accomodating, helped us in many ways. Shes also a darned good human, so caring about animals. We liked meeting her elderly beagle as well.

Riesengroßes Appartment, sehr gemütlich, eigener Billardtisch. Aber das Tollste ist die wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse mit Blick in die traumhafte Gartenlandschaft! Ich könnte hier stundenlang sitzen und einfach nur chillen/ den Ausblick genießen. Kelly ist überdies die perfekte Gastgeberin! Immer erreichbar, antwortet superschnell, ist sehr bemüht um alles. Superlieb von ihr: sie hat für unsere kleine Tochter direkt ein Babybett aufgebaut, ein Hochstuhl und Spielsachen waren auch parat. Sehr aufmerksam! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder 😃

We stayed here for our first Kentucky Derby experience and all I can say is WOW! This has been the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in. Dawn was the perfect host for our weekend. She made sure we had absolutely everything we needed and more! From the beginning of our booking to our check out, Dawn has been so kind and thoughtful to us. She truly made our weekend that much more special with all her graciousness! I cannot say enough about how amazing this stay was. It was simply perfect!

Tricia’s space was perfect for us! Quiet neighborhood not far from all the main catches of Louisville! She left us amazing cookies from a local bakery and a sweet hand written letter. Hands down easier to deal with and less foot travel then a hotel. If you’re looking for a conveniently located spot, and don’t want to be bothered in your own space, Tricia’s studio is perfect!

We had a great weekend stay! Such a lovely home and a nice space. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing after hitting the bourbon trail. Highly recommend!

Farida was a great host. The location is great, it's close to everything and very convenient. The place is small but perfect for one or two people who enjoy each other's company. The place is clean, tidy, and comfy. If I had to say anything negative it would be the neighbors have dogs that bark and bark and bark. I know that is out of Faridas control. I would definitely recommend the place for those looking to stay in the area, and if the opportunity arises, I would definitely stay again.

Affordable, comfy & clean

Carolyn and John are the kindest, warmest people you will ever meet. They made us feel like we were family . They were also so helpful giving us ideas on the best places to go and see around the neighborhood and in the city. So thankful for our great experience ♥️

Our stay was peaceful and very enjoyable. The setting was beautiful and we also enjoyed the company of their dogs. Earlene and Xavier were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

Rachel’s place is really lovely, super clean, quiet and cozy. The bed is 10/10 - a great base from which to explore Louisville. Shelby Park is 5min walk with great bars and restaurants, and a 30min walk to Nulu and Highlands (tonnes of Lyfts if walking isn’t your thing!) Rachel was a great host, proactive and friendly, and made some excellent recommendations of things to do and places to see. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time I've stayed with Sarah and Daniel and, as before, I loved every minute of it. Their walk-out 1-bedroom apartment is comfortable, cosy and perfectly located for walking in an old Louisville neighborhood with plenty of charm. There are also a number of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended -- I'll go back for sure!
