Inflate one of the tubes kept in the basement and take a float down the river. In the evening, roast marshmallows over the fire pit in the backyard while you watch fireflies flicker around the creek. The Dug Out

Fully furnished basement apartment in private home, with a private entrance. You'll find everything needed for overnight stays including a kitchenette, bathroom, office and living areas, as well as a queen sized bed with flat screen tv and wifi. It is within 5 miles of all types of stores. This apartment is in walking distance to the Crosscutters Baseball field and the original Little League baseball field. The Little League World Series Stadium is 15 minute driving time.

Great place to take it easy and get away from it all. Wood Stove is the only source of heat. If you need some guideance on how to use the stove I'd be happy to meet up and give you a crash course. Wood for heating cabin is provided. Campfire ring with some wood provided also.

Cozy Farm Apartment

Cozy two bedroom apartment with two private access doors, off street parking, with a beautiful farm view. We have some awesome sunsets here. All necessities such as dishes, sheets and towels provided. The 2nd bedroom has to be accessed through the first one. The Bathroom is on the first floor. Steps are steep as it is an old farm house.

The Farm Place

We are 5 miles from the Pine Creek Rail Trail head and numerous hiking trails. Our farm is within a 15 min drive of Lycoming college, PennCollege, and Lockhaven University. The Little League Complex is 13 miles from our location. There are several nearby local restaurants. This property is on a working farm.

Creekside Manor On The Sock is a private retreat located 10 minutes north of Montoursville, PA and less than 15 minutes from Williamsport, the home of Little League Baseball. Our retreat sits on the pristine waters of the Loyalsock Creek with access right behind the home to swimming, fishing and kayaking.
