It was such a joy staying at their place. The house, the pool, and the interiors all had a personal touch that made it feel truly special. Everything was so well maintained — we were amazed throughout our stay. Greet and her husband were vibrant and wonderful to talk to. Her food recommendations were top-notch, and it was so refreshing to simply sit and chat with them. They instantly made us feel at home. We’re definitely coming back to see you both again!

We had an absolutely amazing 5-day stay at the Blujam Villa! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The interiors were tastefully done, and the villa had a very relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway with friends. The private pool was a highlight – we ended up spending most of our time there just chilling and having fun. The location is also super convenient, close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife spots in North Goa, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. A big shoutout to our wonderful hosts, Raghva and Skand, who truly made our stay special. They were incredibly welcoming, always available. From smooth check-in to local tips and prompt support – they were exceptional. Highly recommend Blujam Villa if you're looking for a premium and comfortable stay in Goa. We'd love to come back again!

I can’t even begin to appreciate this place!!!!! It’s beyond amazing… It is beautiful, serene and grand! It’s like what we see in movies! The huge house and the space in front of it!! The pool , garden , tree seating and the Jacuzzi was the highlight.. I wish , I would have booked it for more days!! Also the house help, he was really nice and helpful..! It was a wonderful stay!! More than Goa .. I loved this property 🙈🙈 Must stay!!!!!!

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.

It was a great place to stay. The place is very beautiful, the host is extremely cheerful and a very hospitable person. He recommended us the best things to do, that made our experience memorable. The chef cooked great food. Barbecue is especially recommended.

The location is ideal: a quick 10-minute drive to the bustling Calangute and Baga beaches, yet tucked away from the crowds, offering a peaceful retreat. What truly sets this Airbnb apart is the incredible hospitality and communication of the owner, Charles, Gabel, and the team, including Altaf. Charles was a fantastic host, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He greeted us personally with wine and goodies, and his prompt and genuine communication made us feel valued. His recommendations for food, attractions, and local experiences were spot on. Must go for authentic food. - Florentine, Salt. Don’t miss Fisherman's Wharf in south Goa. Very Happy!!!

For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)

This place is just wow. The staff is amazing very friendly and polite. Tez who is the supporting staff manager is very helpful and responsive. The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. The rooms are big in size and well designed. The in house food served was delicious. Dal makhani and mutton nihari is a must try. Highly recommended for those who just want to relax and spend a nice family, friends time in private.

This property is perfectly located near top tourist attractions, with a refreshing swimming pool ideal for relaxation and gatherings. It’s just a 10-15 minute drive to Vagator and Calangute beaches! Highly recommended.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

Excellent stay. All things were arranged on single call with best of the quality. Cook, Cabs and rented cars all were value to money.

I loved our stay here. Pictures does not do justice for this home. The 2 caretakers were so good and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious and private for a few families to stay together. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom which is perfect! Patios are cozy and welcoming. The pool was super cold for the kiddos but don’t let this stop you from checking this beautiful home out. Love the fine details put into the home. Thanks for a lovely stay in Goa and for the recommendations.

Very nice villa and big pool, toys were available for my 1 year old son, thanks rockybuddy caretaker and cook were available whenever required Everything was explained in detail by the host Will surely book again and recommend this place to my friends

I recently stayed at this beautiful 1BHK villa in Goa, and it was an incredible experience! The villa offers a perfect mix of modern amenities and Goan charm. The interiors are stylishly decorated, with a cozy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen. A standout feature of the property was the private pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, especially after a day of exploring Goa.

Мы прекрасно отдохнули в этом доме в Бенаулиме, фото и описание дома , все было четко как в объявлении, локация очень удачная , рядом с пляжем и на самой центровой улице где все магазины и рестораны, вообщем прекрасное место, чисто , тихо красиво. Дом очень хороший , большие спальни, большая зона первого этажа , мы были компанией из трех семей , места всем хватило , рекомендую !

We had a wonderful stay at this villa – it’s a stunning property with warm and friendly house help. My family had an amazing time, and we were truly impressed by how beautiful the villa is. One suggestion for improvement would be to have an in-house chef, which would make the experience absolutely perfect. That said, there are plenty of nearby dining options, and the house help was very accommodating in arranging food from local restaurants.

The property is tastefully designed. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, with every nook and corner sparkling with attention to detail. But what truly made our stay special was the presence of a full-time caretaker, who not only ensured that our every need was met but also treated us to delicious homemade meals! owner, Ritu was very helpful n responsive from the beginning , she even helped me with booking the self drive car. I would love to come back here !

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

Had a great stay with my family here. We got some much needed time together, escaping the chaos & hustle bustle of the city. The villa is very beautiful, well furnished and extremely comfortable! We were received by the caretaker Sushma who immediately showed us around the place and made us comfortable. She was very accomodating and very responsive when we needed her help. She made us amazing breakfast too! We had minor issues with power fluctuation and 4G/5G network but it's a Goa-wide problem. When the power went, the inverters kicked in immediately and we did not have an issue. The swimming pool is well maintained and we had the best time unwinding and splashing away. There are two dogs, Foxy & Sweety, and 4 naughty little kittens on the property. Villa Artjuna is a must visit for families & groups of friends. We will definitely be coming back!
