Thank you very much to Andrew who welcomed us to Melbourne after a long 24hr flight from the UK the evening of our delayed arrival! The apartment was great and exactly what was needed whilst visiting family close by. The area is great, short walk ~3 mins to Richmond Train Station, ~5 mins to local restaurants and a short hop away from local top cafes. Despite being in the centre of a popular area the apartment was quiet and felt secure. Will definitely recommend to family visiting in the future.

Amy’s Airbnb feels like a home away from home. It feels warm and welcoming, with a spacious living area, and lovely secluded bedroom. There are two courtyards so it really didn’t feel like an apartment to me. The description listed is very accurate. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Checkin is the easiest I have experienced with an Airbnb with very clear instructions, and throughout our stay Amy was very responsive and always there to help - even with unconventional requests she was so accommodating. The space is cleaned so thoroughly and feels very fresh. I can’t speak highly enough of Amy’s apartment. It is the best experience I have ever had in all my time on Airbnb.

5/5 mega stars ⭐️ Perfect modern apartment with gorgeous view in the heart of Melbourne. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the luxurious bathroom with washer and dryer and kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast including basic stable such as spices, tea, coffee, cling wrap etc. Most comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kids had the best time in the communal indoor pool and adults in the hot pool on level 7. We enjoyed our visit in Melbourne so much and are so glad we found this little gem. We will definitely come back to stay here for the Australian Open. The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and right in front of Southern Cross station and multiple other tram stations with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bec was great in communicating with all our questions and needs and also allowed us a very late check out which was so kind. Thanks so much for having us and we will be back ❤

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a generally good experience. The host was communicative and check-in was smooth. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The carpets could have been cleaner, as there were some noticeable dirt and dust. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay. With some small improvements in cleanliness, it could be an even better option!

Great place to stay with loads of space for a large family. Close proximity to shops transport and the beautiful walks along the river. Appreciated the ability to have early check in and later checkout. Lovely bathroom toiletries and kitchen amenities. Beautiful home.

Super clean place for an Airbnb that allows pets. House feels so homey and everything you need is supplied in the house . Had a great time and enjoyed this home a lot.

I stayed at Linda's property on a recent trip to Ballarat. Linda was very responsive especially considering i booked the property literally the morning of the day i was arriving. The instructions to get into the property were very straight forward. The charming property was very neat and tidy. It had everything that i needed. I was staying here for about 3 months for my placement here. It was so so so good. Could’ve never asked for more. The place felt so homely.. leaving the place already make me miss the melb and the home so much. Eliza was really very accommodating, helped us navigate and prepared the house perfectly for us. I came here for a student exchange and was very new to Melbourne but the house made me feel so welcoming and comfortable. I would really highly highly recommend airbnb-ing here if you want a good experience of a peaceful neighbourhood that is also nearing to the city but away from all the busy streets. Eliza is really kind and friendly🥺💕 The place is perfect for family , couples , students or anyone actually.

A great place that felt like a home away from home which was appreciated as we stayed for 10 nights. Had everything we needed and more. Really comfortable beds, shower and bath were amazing, lots of natural light and plants, kitchen had everything we needed and we loved sitting out on the deck. Deb was a fantastic host. Very friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we come to Bendigo.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

David and Natalie were amazing hosts. Very responsive, clean apartment with great views. They even went the extra mile and left a bottle of bubbles as they new we were getting married! Would stay here again. location was fantastic. easy to walk everywhere.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Great spot for a couple wanting accommodation near the city, has lots of places to explore in the area and close to Public transport for access across Melbourne.
