U okviru obiteljske kuće nudimo dva apartmana.U velikom apartmanu koji se nalazi na drugom katu obiteljske kuće nudimo smještaj za osam osoba. Sve sobe imaju zaseban balkon s kojeg se pruža jedinstven pogled na luku Malog Lošinja. U sklopu apartmana nalazi se i prostrana terasa koja pruža mogućnost mirnog doručka ili večere na otvorenom prostoru. Manji apartman nalazi se u prizemlju obiteljske kuće i pruža smještaj za četiri osobe. Kuća je u blizini centra ,a do uređene plaže je pet minuta hoda.

Parking je besplatan,kod Lidla,nalazi se 300 m.od apartmana. Trajektna luka Losinj,kao i autobusni kolodvor su udaljeni 500 m. Muzej Apoksiomena je 300 m. Sve je dostupno pjeske. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.
