Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

Treetops is the perfect relaxing stay and break from the norm. Mark & Lavinia are friendly and fantastic hosts and their property is wonderful. Mark took the time to show us around and was available if we needed anything. We enjoyed the beautiful natural surrounding and felt right at home. The sauna and stream room were an added bonus and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Would recommend to family & friends and would stay again.

Jane was an excellent host and responded to my enquiries before booking and whilst we were there. The apartment is bright and airy with a perfect balcony where you can watch the sun go down whilst listening to the birds. The spa on site is great, outdoor pool is a little fresh! You need to book a slot in advance in busy periods but Jane will send you all the details you need. We had a really relaxing stay and would stay again.

My engineers have been staying here on and off for months now. Absolute place if choice for them always when working in the area due to the amenities provided. Always also never had any issue with regard to check in, check out or with any of the various properties I book offered by the host in the area.

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

Great location with plenty of parking and access to the facilities

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

We had a lovely time staying at Oak Lodge. The property is great and we really enjoyed the facilities at Lower Mill Estate. We had a few problems navigating the estate due to poor signage which was exacerbated at night when there is limited light. Instructions could have been slightly clearer as we found putting the property name into the satnav more useful than just the postcode as was suggested on the welcome pack. Nonetheless, communication from the hosts was excellent and we had a great holiday here.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The house was really lovely and well equipped for 3 families all staying together. The Estate was lovely and the facilities great, although you meed to remember to book things like the Spa we'll in advance and the pool and pizza. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent stay at WH3. Very well set up for family trips with small children, excellent locations with good amenities.

This was our second time staying in one of Linda's properties, and our fourth time at Lower Mill Estate. We love the estate, so peaceful but with lots to do. Ewen House is a perfect location for the Mill Village pool, playground and activity hub, and only a few mins walk from the indoor pool and restaurant. The house was great with lots of space and everything we needed. Amazing welcome basket of goodies too.

We have just returned home following our stay In this beautiful home over the Easter weekend. We were welcomed with Easter eggs which is always a bonus. The home is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The cleanest air bnb we have stayed in. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 2 dogs which were made to feel very welcome. Cathy is a Fantastic host and was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The garden is amazing and it is so quiet to sit outside and enjoy a cuppa (nice sun trap if you are lucky) The home had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking in the lovely oven - so much space! Beds were comfortable and the showers we powerful. Kitchen was well equipped - fabulous coffee machine and a new air fryer. We will definitely return as it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the Old Vicarage as a group of friends meeting up. The location was stunning, the garden well kept and the beds were all comfy. Whilst we didn’t have children there were fitted child gates, cutlery for children and a climbing frame so would definitely recommend for a large family holiday. We were all so amazed at how wonderful the accommodation was and Elwyn was quick to respond and super helpful!
