Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. The nearest market and restaurant are in Baderna,1 km away. . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.
