Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. A 5-minute walk to Wegmans grocery store, downtown shops, cafes, and great restaurants. Whether you're coming to enjoy the historic charm of Auburn, or using this as a base for exploring the Finger Lakes and all they have to offer, you won't be disappointed.

Take life easy surrounded by the beauty of Skeaneatles. Located on the desirable East Lake Rd., this charming cape adds to the simple joys of Skanealeles. Newly renovated in 2021 and counts 2 bed rooms, 2 en-suite baths, and 1/2 bath. Start your day with morning coffee in the 3 season room. Make use of the full kitchen or pop a bottle of local wine next to the fire place. We enjoy walking 0.2 miles to village line, 0.5 to sidewalks, 1.2 to Skaneateles Lake parks, shops, and restaurants.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.

Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance.
