La zona e' ben fornita di sumerpercati, ristoranti, rosticcerie, edicola, intrattenimenti per bambini, lidi attrezzati, chioschi ma anche spiaggia libera. Si puo' facilmente raggiunge a piedi sia la parte di scogliera bassa, sia la costa sabbiosa. L'appartmaneto si articola in 2 piani. La parte superiore: cucina-soggiono, 1 camera e 1 bagno. Parte inferiore 2 stanze di cui una con bagno in camera + un altro bagno. Ampia terrazza parcheggio gratuito.

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
