Great place to stay near Pinicon Ridge park!

Gemma’s Airbnb is by far my favorite place to stay when I come home to Mt. Vernon! I just love it. The kitchen is amazing, I can walk to everything and it’s minutes from my friends and family. It feels like home!

Easy and comfortable are the best ways to describe Renee's place. Located in back, ground floor of the main house, the flat had a code lock for easy access. The flat was very clean and apparently newly renovated. I was in Iowa City for a conference so didn't spend much time in the flat, but it was nice that the place had free Amazon prime and two kinds of coffee makers. I walked to the University campus (about 1.7 miles to the building I was meeting in) along the river. Iowa City is a charming and welcoming small town. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Perfect location for visiting family in Iowa City. I love the country atmosphere. Would love to stay during harvest season because they have plenty of vegetable gardens. Look forward to staying there again.

It was a great place to stay with a lot of thoughtful touches. If you’re there for a Hawkeye game the location is perfect.

Bea’s place was the PERFECT location for our travels as we visited for Thanksgiving. The rooms were stunningly decorated, the bedrooms comfy, and the space was warm and welcoming. We hosted a get together with our relatives for a game night and between the dining area, cozy living room furniture, and kitchen bar, everybody was able to socialize comfortably and relax without it feeling overcrowded. There was no noise from adjoining units or traffic and we enjoyed our time immensely. It is also close to a grocery store and a Starbucks as well as Urgent Care should needs arise. Bea is a responsive and gracious host. Great stay!

Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. Extremely clean, great location and numerous thoughtful extras. Highly recommended if you ever need a stay in Iowa City.

Excellent location accurately described in the listing. Quiet and peaceful sleeping. Loved the bedroom with window looking towards College Green Park. Comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, and blankets. Kitchen is clean and suitable for making meals. No dishwasher but double sink is set up nicely with drying rack on one side so no problem there. Laundry was easy and free. Location is great, easy walking distance to Film Scene, New Pioneer Coop, and all the downtown restaurants, shops, and venues. Internet was good. TV has basic package with some on demand movies, watching Hoosiers was fun. Option to sign-in to personal Netflix but never got around to it. Table in the kitchen good for meals and as a work space. Comfortable living room furniture. Shower and sink had good water pressure and hot water didn’t take long at all. Great AirBnB and a very nice and accommodating host. Thank you.

This was a perfect quiet space for our pastor as he prepared for my husband's funeral. Nice private space that was better than a hotel room. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. friendly and timely communication and worked with us on changes due to weather conditions.

Lovely place to stay and very affordable. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with dishes and all the usual utensils, and it’s clean. There’s also a nice TV with lots of streaming services for you to use. The Copper brand pillow was superb! Angela added a nice welcome touch with the Twix I've ice cream. My friend and I who stayed had a lovely time and would use again if we were in the area!
