This place is AH-mazing and we honestly didn't want to leave. So peaceful, out of the city but still so close to all of the wedding events that we were visiting St. James for. LOVED the area, the quiet and everything about the farm style, eclectic house. I want a make-up table now (even though I don't wear much make-up), and I want some COWS, lol! I only rated getting in lower stars because my husband and I are "old" and unfamiliar with how all the different newish keyless entry locks work and that took us a hot minute to get right. 🤦 #wedumb 😂 If we ever need a place in St. James to stay, this will definitely be our first choice!

The house and stay was amazing. The property was beautiful. The house was so clean and new. Our host was helpful, responsive, and very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

The house and property are beautiful and very private. The back porch was a great location to watch the sunsets. Also, kitchen now a microwave which was a bonus since previous comments talked about no microwave. Our phones connected to 5G so the fact that there was no a TV or wifi wasn't an issue for us. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The house is about 30-40 minutes (or less) from 3-4 state parks. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent visit! The hosts were wonderful, kind, and accommodating! The location is a bit of a drive outside of town, but if privacy and rolling hills are your desire in the Ozarks, this is a great place! Plenty of space and everything matched the pictures. Great stay for a relaxing weekend. Comfy and clean. Worried it was going to rain and we wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the hot tub. Josh was awesome and dropped off a canopy for us.

This was exactly what my family and I were looking for! The view was breathtaking, and it was a much needed break from life in the city. Jason provided very clear instructions, and it made our check-in very smooth (which was so helpful after 9 hours on the road, and it being so late when we arrived). The kids loved the room with the bunk beds, and the outdoor patio was beautiful. Everyone had a great time, and my kids already asked to go back during the summer time. Luckily, the weather was kind to us and we were able to spend so much time outdoors. Thank you, Jason! :)
