Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral und hervorragend geeignet sowohl für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca etc. mit Pkw oder Bahn als auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Leider sind die beiden vorhandenen Balkone sehr klein, aber um am Abend einen guten Wein zu genießen war es ausreichend. Von unserer Seite aus können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Gegend um Carrara verbringen wollen, wäre die Wohnung von Sonia mit Sicherheit unser Favorit.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei den Gastgebern. Es war alles sauber und alles was man braucht.Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Dieser Urlaub bleibt uns lange in Erinnerung.

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare, molto curato e completo di tutto, host molto disponibile e cordiale, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Dès l'arrivée Sandra a été accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé et très propre. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'appartements aussi propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée. Sandra nous a très bien conseillé pour les restaurants et visites. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Barbara is a wonderful host! We had a great time at her place. The apartment was spot less clean , very close to the marina center and the beach. Highly recommend!

Totul a decurs foarte bine,de la comunicarea cu Leonardo, care a fost foarte atent cu noi si cu procesul de check in pana la cazarea noastra in acest apartament care e pozitionat foarte bine spre o priveliste incantatoare si linistita. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic, practic am avut un confort ca acasa, somnul a fost chiar odihnitor avnd paturi si lenjerie confortabila. Recomand cu mare placere pentru ca este o placere sa poposesti la aceasta cazare pe care as descrieo in 3 cuvinte: bun gust, lejeritate si liniste.

Place felt like home, balcony view from the bedroom was awesome. Would not miss another stay here. Nearest tram station is like 6 mins walk, close to airport location wise.

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

Our farmhouse for the week was everything we needed! Complete peace away from everything in beautiful countryside. An easy 8 min drive into town where we rented bikes ( great rides in area) and ate at local restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and warm and even welcomed us with a delicious homemade pie! Although we were there in the Fall, the pool and outdoor area was very inviting! Highly recommend for a place away from the big city of Florence ( only 45 min away!)

Super happy with our stay and will come back again for sure! The apartment is in a calm area, has free parking on the premises, was very spacious and fit all of our needs. Elisa was VERY accommodating especially because we were travelling with twin toddlers. I have never stayed at a cleaner AirBnb! The place was immaculate, super organised and welcoming. There was coffee and a simple breakfast waiting for us and Elisa had left recommendations for local restaurants and activities. This apartment made our trip even better!

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

Stefania è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una bicicletta e ce l’ha sostituita subito. Tutto perfetto, appartamento in ordine e pulito, non proprio centrale ma facilmente raggiungibile con le biciclette. Lo consiglio vivamente!

It's a very nice house with a 360-degree pastoral scenery. Rainy Tuscany is still beautiful. The night was very quiet, and I had a good sleep. The landlord is very warm and friendly. Although she doesn't seem to be good at English, we communicated smoothly with body language.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Kids love it and kitchen are well equip!! Thanks marco for your beautiful place and hosting us!!! I recommend this place for quiet country side place.

Otroligt boende som överträffade förväntningarna, Francesco är en underbara värd som var väldigt hjälpsam och hade lokal rekommendationer på allt. Från bästa bageriet till vingården du inte får missa. Rekommenderar stark och kommer förmodligen tillbaka!

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Autentisk, roligt og ukompliceret. Skønt sted. Alt pænt og rent. Smukke og velholdte omgivelser. Poolområdet var en klasse for sig - så lækkert! Der er kun tre lejemål, hvilket gør det meget hyggeligt. Mr. Andrea sørgede for, at alt var ok og i orden - meget imødekommende, men med begrænsede engelsk kundskaber - det gik dog fint med Google translate og almindelig sund fornuft. Mulighed for skønne ture til nærområdet: Cecina er hyggelig og lidt “klassisk” turistby. Her var vi på det ugentlige marked samt spiste aftensmad på marina promenaden med den smukkeste solnedgang. Her er også fine strande. En bil er en nødvendighed. Mr. Andrea spurgte om alt ok. Jeg svarede, at det var perfekt. Han svarede, at ingenting er perfekt. Mit svar hertil var: jo, det her sted var!
