Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. Riverland View is located in the peaceful and beautiful Maam Valley, ideally located for access to Killary Fjord, Westport, Clifden and Galway City. With beaches, mountains, cycle and walking routes within easy reach, as well as local kayaking, there's something for everyone. The house comprises of two double rooms with one ensuite. A cosy living room with a wood burning stove and a spacious kitchen/diner. Oil-fired central heating throughout. An outside area to sit and enjoy the views.

Have fun with the whole family or friends at this stylish place. There are 3 bedrooms in the house - one with a king size bed, another with a double bed and the third one is with two single beds. There is dedicated office space as well and a walking closet, equipped with iron, ironing board and steamer. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room provides plenty of seating spaces. You can enjoy your time with friends and family in this nicely decorated house. Have a lovely stay.

Visitors can either swim or boat from their private beach, go for a cycle (bikes available) or simply sit at an outside table and take in the spectacular scenery. Joyce's cottage is one of two adjoining traditional cottages (the other being Derrypark Cottage which is also available for rent).
