This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

Joyce's Cottage, one of two adjoining traditional cottages (the other being Derrypark Cottage) lies below the imposing Partry mountains on the shore of Lough Mask. This is the very best of Connemara. This is a renovated cottage located in a lovely rural area in North Mayo, it is just a few miles outside Ballycastle town on the wild Atlantic coast. The views of the sea are spectacular and the cottage provides a space to relax in after a day sightseeing the local area (you will need a car to get around). The cottage is on a working farm but other than the sound of sheep there will be nothing to disturb the peace and quiet you will experience in this beautiful cottage.

This cabin has a hexagon shape with a square porch where the front door is. The Hexagon, as I call it, is situated on its own on land that is half orchard half woodland. On the morning sun side, where the door is, the decking leads to the little purpose built bathroom building. There is a perspex canopy so you can walk over staying dry even if it is raining. A few goats and a few hens roam in the adjoining field.
