(Extra Cleaning Fee of $100 when office converts to bedroom.) Located lakefront just 1 mile from Chautauqua Institution, the home has a dock & a boat slip just steps from the porch. Enjoy spectacular views downstairs and from the master bedroom.

The cabin has ample outdoor green space, complemented by a tennis court right behind it. It’s just a 5 min walk to the lake and grants you access to the best boat launch in Chautauqua County, a nature trail that is shared by the community and amazing hottub and infrared sauna! This is the sanctuary!

Welcome and make yourselves at home. Located in the quaint little village of Mayville. Fully furnished in traditional decor. Chautauqua Lake is a mile away with a Public Boat launch & dock. Nearby things to do include hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, fishing, golf, museums, and all kinds of shopping. Cleanliness has always been one of our top priorities. Due to COVID-19, our cleaning service has initiated an enhanced cleaning routine and are taking extra care to disinfect our home.

Chautauqua Lake cottage on Big Inlet

Great access to Chautauqua Lake . The cottage is on the first bend of the inlet. Boat dock right off the deck of the house. Eat on the deck, jump in your boat, cruise Chautauqua lake, retreat back to a relaxed atmosphere, and enjoy this 2 bedroom cottage. Vehicle parking, boat dock on Big Inlet creek, near breweries, winery's, restaurants, fishing, skiing, snowmobile trail, and more. Snowmobile trail and ice fishing access. Boat or snowmobile trailer parking available.

It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

The loft has a great view from 8 new windows with darkening shades. There's plenty of room for up to 4 guests with a king bed and a queen murphy bed in the spacious living room. Chautauqua Lake is a .5 mi walk and CHQ Institution main gate is 4 miles away.
