Newly remodeled and nicely equipped upstair apartment. Close downtown Silverton and the Oregon Gardens. The kitchen has granite countertops with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. A deep soaking tub and shower sets off the tiled bathroom with heated floors. Living room includes TV and internet, sofa and writing desk. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser and spacious closet. The outside deck has a breath taking view looking toward downtown Silverton just 2 blocks away.

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. Extremely quite bedroom with queen bed, single roll away bed and pak-n-play bed available. Large outdoor patio space with barbeque, play structure for children, fire pit and fenced yard. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Moonlight grill, Chez Jose Mexican, Tokyroll sushi, Tryon creek sports bar. Walking distance to Tryon Creek.

Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.

The Space: Come experience quintessential PNW living at Willamette Heights View apartment. Stay in our beautiful, light-filled, 2-story deluxe apartment perched .5 miles above NW 23rd Ave. and 2 doors down from Forest Park trails. Full kitchen, backyard with mountains and river view, gas fireplace and hi-speed WiFi make this the ideal retreat/work space.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please note that there is no TV :-)

We're on a quiet side street – right around the corner from a dynamic restaurant scene in Kerns, the 5th coolest neighborhood in the world. Stroll to parks, live music, vintage shops, and a vintage movie theater. Walk, Lyft/Uber, bicycle, or use Portland’s amazing public transportation everywhere. Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!
