We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful Hari’s place is. The views of the surrounding hills and the paradise back yard were especially great. We stayed for a few days with our four kids and puppy all of whom enjoyed running around in the back yard. Hari also allowed us to use the fire pit out back and so we enjoyed roasting s’mores one night. All in all a great stay with a responsive host.

Beautiful home in picturesque coastal neighborhood!

From the moment we arrived—actually, based on Lisa's responsiveness, even before we arrived—everything was amazing! We got their late and tired, and the house was in perfect shape and ready for our arrival. The pool was heated, per our request, and the kids were able to take a quick late-night swim after a long car ride. Our dogs were in heaven with the big, and completely enclosed, backyard. Perfect! The house was a peaceful retreat after our day trips. It is a short distance to San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach, both are fun little towns with great beaches, restaurants, and shops. And then we were back to the peace and quiet, and wonderful pool and amenities of Lisa's house. The kitchen had all of the cooking equipment we needed, and more. Everything was in great shape! The beds were comfortable, and linens were so soft and cozy. The decor was beautiful. A wonderful touch was the container of smores fixings. Kids loved it!!! Thanks for a great stay! Hope to be back. Steve’s place was exactly as shown in the photos. He greeted us and gave us a tour of his property and tips for utilizing his Airbnb. He is very personable and a man of many talents. He built his house, is a wonderful carpenter who built almost all of the furnishings in his Airbnb, a winemaker who gifted us a bottle of wine and happily whistles away the day. You will love Steve’s place! We surely did!

Very lovely place to stay near the beach. The condo is beautiful and updated. We enjoyed it very much. Host was very helpful and the unit had everything we needed.

Excellent host! We loved the view from the front room. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of beds. We especially loved that the entire home was arranged with little kids in mind—gates, high chair, crib, stuffed animals, etc. These thoughtful touches made our stay precisely what we needed for our family. Plenty of parking too. I recommend this location and host!
