Stan se nalazi na 2. katu, ima 52 kvadrata. Ima dvije spavaće sobe te jednu kupaonicu, kuhinju(kompletno oprmeljenu), hodnik i dnevni boravak. Ima pristup internetu te dvije televzije. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
