Beautiful, fully-equipped two bedroom apartment on a 160-foot seawall in downtown Lake City. Newly remodeled for the 2024 season! IMPORTANT: This unit is upstairs, so renters MUST be physically able to use stairs to access this apartment. We promise that the breathtaking view of the lake is worth the climb! *If stairs and mobility are an issue for you, please look for Lake City Landings, Units 1 or 4. Unit 1 only has one step in and Unit 4 is completely on one floor.*

It has a large yard and is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to many local shopping, food and activities. Just a short 10 minute walk to a nice public beach on Houghton Lake or 2 miles to launch your boat on the water. Just 4 miles to the ORV trailhead.

Sandy Trails Retreat

Sandy Trails Retreat is located near the Leota trailhead. If you love riding dirt bikes, four-wheelers, or snowmobiles this is the place for you! Back at the cottage, you can enjoy volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, yard Yahtzee, and basketball! There is also a beautiful large fire pit if you just want to enjoy a warm fire and relax in nature. The fully screened gazebo allows you to eat outdoors without being bothered by all the pesky bugs!

This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house on 8 acres is peaceful, but still close to food and fun. 3 miles south of Forest Dunes Golf Course, 1 1/2 miles south of the Mason Tract of the AuSable river, 15 minutes from the Higgins Lake state park, and surrounded by State land and National Forest.
