A large, cosy rustic 1 room cabin with separate electric shower & toilet, & kitchenette. King size bed. Stunning countryside views, set in a private animal paddock at the top of our garden. Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Exeter City is just 6 miles away and the rest of glorious Devon is within easy reach by car. Parking for 1 car if require a second space please contact prior to stay to arrange.

Characterful three storey cottage forming the end part of our 300 year old Devon cob Farmhouse. The cottage features a modern kitchen, huge Inglenook fireplace with log burner, luxurious wool carpets, low beams, big squashy sofa and a superking size master bed with pretty adjoining twin room on the very top floor. The cottage's own garden has two decked seating areas. Set in glorious rolling countryside near Dartmoor, Devon's gorgeous sandy beaches and the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Wrens House is a shepherds hut nestled in the Alham Valley, an area of re-wilding close to the fashionable towns of Bruton and Frome. We have an outdoor bath so what better way to cool down and relax. Included in your stay is our delicious breakfast. Want a place you can get back to nature? Nestled on the edge of a picturesque Devon valley and facing south, Ramstorland Woodland View is a contemporary two bedroomed cottage with extensive uninterrupted views of the countryside. The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard and is perfectly situated, having great access to Exmoor, North and South Devon beaches, whilst being only 15 minutes’ drive from the M5. But best of all it is the perfect place for a quiet, “away-from-it all” break.
