In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

Op wat kletsende meeuwen na is de ligging van het woning rustig. Appartement ligt minder dan 10 min loopafstand van metrostation 'Hoek van Holland Haven' en de 'Stena Line' boot naar Engeland. Vanuit 'Hoek van Holland Haven' kunt U de metro pakken naar het strand (1 halte, 2 min). Het strand is vanaf het appartement circa 2,5 km.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.
