We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Loft features a king size bed, queen sofa bed, 3 separate dining areas, a bar, kitchen, reading nook, and living room area, that includes a Smart TV. The Loft is bright and airy, with breathtaking countryside views from every window.

We do want to let you know that on Friday and Saturday this is not a quiet place as it is located over top of a cocktail lounge. Parking is also not included.
