Near to grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping centers. 15 minute drive to Toyota Oakdale Theater, 20 minute drive to Lake Compounce Amusement and Water Park, and 30 minute drive to Yale University, Museums, and downtown New Haven. A slightly longer drive will take you to to the beautiful shoreline, Hammonasset Beach State Park, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos!

Quiet and private, only common area shared with us is first floor entry into breezeway. Free parking on premises. Full coffee setup, plus homemade scones in seasonal flavors for your enjoyment!

Built in 2019, this home was specially designed for sustainable, green living; ground-source heating, and super insulation allow for minimal environmental impact. Less than five minute walk to McCabe’s Beach. Very near to wineries, farms, and the quaint shops and bakeries of Southold and Greenport. Little Fish restaurant and oyster sales all down the street. Short drive from Sparkling Pointe vineyard, and Love Lane.

Feel like you're in your own studio apartment in the spacious, bright lower level of our home! Walk out to your own lounging/dining area. Guests have their own separate entrance & parking space(s). Enjoy the serenity of Camp Columbia state park, as it is our extended backyard. Tip: The sunsets are beautiful! 2 hours from NYC, 30-45 minutes to local skiing & just 10 minutes to Washington Depot. We've recently made some updates in response to guests' feedback!
