Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

The main level offers open concept entertaining with kitchen, dining, living area, 1/2 bath and 1 bdrm. 3 spacious bdrms are located upstairs. Gather in the newly renovated lower level with wet bar, tv, games and a 3-piece bath. Enjoy the outdoor shower or sit around the fire pit. Ample outdoor space for lawn games in the fenced in back yard.

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.
