The cottage has period appropriate furnishings with all the modern amenities! This historic property is located on a quiet street near an elementary school. California is a great location. We are an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Jefferson City and situated halfway between St. Louis and Kansas City right off Highway 50!

If you need to get away from everything and need some peace and quiet this is the place for you. This house is nestled back in the woods, It has a dry creek in the back yard and also has a pond. It is in a rough gravel road, the wildlife roam freely around this place. The drive way is around 1/4 mile long. It is only 6 min from Versailles. 17 min to the closest lake Ozark access, and only 12 min to the Loop 2 Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. No Tv, but do have WI-FI

Be our Guest! Adorable 1 Bedroom home all to yourself. Relax in this freshly decorated home. We have Wifi Alexa Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We have a barbeque grill and patio set. Washer and Dryer for you to use. Cozy Cabin at Water's Edge

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind. We have no TVs in the cabin, but offer fast and free wifi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held on the property.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

Countryside Cabin by the Lake

This spacious cabin has 1 bedroom with a comfortable, king sized bed, a queen sized hide a bed couch in living room, and a well equipped kitchen. The outside sitting area is a peaceful oasis with the view of the cattle and horse farm. An outside outlet is available for charging your boat. Bike, walking trails, and a marina are all within 1. 4 miles. Downtown shopping area is 5 minutes away. Roku and wifi are available.
