Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Minturno

Fin, ren och trevlig lägenhet med jättestor, härlig terrass. Mycket lugnt och tyst läge och ändå promenadavstånd till den jättefina stranden, butiker och restauranger. Vi hade en riktigt härlig semestervecka här i slutet av oktober.

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

We were in Formia with Gisella at the end of July. The accommodation is perfectly located to spend beautiful days at the beach. Ideal with children but also nice to make small tours with a kayak or a SUP. The water is clear and around the rocks it is ideal to do some snorkelling. The flat is nicely furnished and has everything you need. We were 2 adults and two children. It was great. Gisella as hostess is sensational, you can't expect more. She gave us great tips, was always available and just very nice. We can recommend it 100% and would go again anytime.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento per una settimana, la bellezza e la comodità dell'appartamento avrebbero meritato un soggiorno piu lungo! La descrizione corrisponde esattamente al luogo, il fascino dell'appartamento consiste negli spazi interni ed esterni che sono belli e rilassanti. L'appartamento si trova vicinissimo al mare, lidi, bar e forno. Il luogo é calmo e permette di divertirsi e rilassarsi. Esperienza da ripetere senza esitazione.

Monolocale nuovissimo, molto bello e arredato con gusto. Non manca nulla, molto ben insonorizzato e con climatizzatore favoloso. Il bagno e’ comodo con una doccia spaziosa. Favoloso il balconcino che affaccia su un giardino privato. Posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere le spiagge a piedi in cinque minuti.

Wir waren jetzt bereits zum dritten Mal in Giancarlos Apartment und hatten wieder einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz und es ist alles vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist ein Traum. Zudem ist die Lage sehr zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Giancarlo war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Auch der Check-in durch seine Mutter funktionierte perfekt. Einfach eine nette Familie, bei der man gerne übernachtet. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Danke Giancarlo!

Gorgeous and spacious apartment. Stefano was easily accessible for anything and even provided pick ups at the train station. With stunning panoramic views from the balcony and picking fresh mandarins from the trees below it was an amazing stay! Great WiFi and even a washing machine. Definitely not a place for the physically challenged as in addition to the high up location there are also 3 flights of exterior stairs to the apartment, but definitely worth it for the view. Think of it as your 24 hour fitness room.

Tutto come da annuncio. L’appartamento è ampio e arioso, la notte si dorme benissimo e non ci sono rumori. La signora ci ha accolto molto bene . Il parcheggio privato è molto funzionale .Per chi volesse avvalersi delle spiagge libere non ho capito perché erano comunque tutte occupate (almeno le prime 3 file ) da ombrelloni in concessione anche se non utilizzati. Questo è scorretto ma non è un problema dell’host ma del comune. il mio suggerimento è ignorare i suggerimenti degli addetti e sistemarsi dove meglio si preferisce. A pochi metri tutti i servizi e negozi… a50 metri da provare il forno che la sera prepara cornetti e ciambelle … irresistibili.

Goût de la beauté, bienveillance et amitié vous attendent dans cette merveilleuse maison où chaque objet a été choisi avec amour. Je ne peux qu’inviter les voyageurs amoureux de l’Italie à venir se ressourcer hors du temps dans cet îlot de beauté où le sublime carrelage bleu turquoise et la vue sur la belle Méditerranée sera un souvenir de vacances qui nourrira les longs mois d’hiver jusqu’à l’été suivant. Villetta vicino al mare molto carina, curata e arredata con buon gusto, spaziosa e rifornita di tutto, con abbondanza di suppellettili per la cucina e per godersi il delizioso giardino. Le stanze comode e con molti armadi, diversi televisori, aria condizionata e ventilatori a disposizione. In 7 si sta perfettamente comodi . La zona è residenziale e tranquilla. Il mare a 4 minuti a piedi. Anche il nostro cane sì è trovato benissimo, con la recinzione intorno alla casa poteva rimanere in giardino al fresco mentre andavamo al mare. L'host Nicola molto gentile e disponibile e il signor Maurizio sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza. Insomma, un'esperienza perfetta e da ripetere sicuramente!

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

Muna is the most exquisite and kind host on Airbnb. She is connected to the town and introduced me to local storekeepers (it's off-season so might not be possible when tourists are in town). Muna is so friendly and generous. I can't wait to return. Couple notes- it's November and the sunsets are amazing! Apartment faces northwest so no direct sun in winter but the patio gets great sun mid day through sunset. The tortoises will steal your heart. Perfect location with access to beach, cafe and only a few flights up to the centro antico. Week in Sperlonga Is heaven!!!

Bettina's house far exceeded our expectations. It's in the most incredible setting just above a beach (no more than 10 seconds to the sand) but under the shady green of pine trees. The immediate area is buzzing with friendly people, cafe's, a restaurant/pizzeria but the house is peaceful with a lovely breeze that floats through all the windows. You cannot beat the sound of the sea lapping that you hear from every window. The sea is very clean and shallow so even the smallest of us had a lot of fun in the water. The mornings are very calm and in the afternoon the thermals pick up and the waves starting rolling in. We have four small children and the joy of being able to go up and down to the beach without all the hassle is priceless. Lovely long shady lunches on Bettina's terrace with the sea twinkling as the backdrop. The house itself is really spacious and whilst it's simple in its decoration it is just perfect for unwinding away from all the usual rhythms of life. We were there for two weeks and could easily have spent another week or two. We visited some fabulous places in the area too with a car. It was a perfect balance between a little bit of culture for us oldies and endless hours of beach fun: snorkelling, chatting to early morning fishermen, hiring pedalos, eating spaghetti vongole at the beach cafe, delicious ice creams, and of course sunbathing. Thank you Bettina for entrusting your beautiful beach house to us and taking care of our needs so well. We really hope we can return one day!

Sono rimasto incantato dalla posizione e della pulizia della casa host gentilissimo

L’alloggio è corrispondente alle foto, direi anche meglio del previsto. La casa è vicinissima al mare ed è veramente bella: ampio verde per i nostri cagnolini (che hanno amato alla follia scorrazzando per il giardino), piccolo terrazzino dove mangiare col verde attorno e alloggio pulito e di dimensioni giuste (noi eravamo in 4 e 3 cani e siamo state benissimo). All’esterno una doccia, un forno/brace, una pompa e spazio auto (ci sono entrate due auto, una Twingo e una Citroen). Le altre villette attorno rendevano la zona non troppo isolata. Occhio solo come in descrizione agli autovelox lungo la strada (ma in generale in tutta la costa). I proprietari sono stati reattivi alle nostre richieste e molto cortesi. Dall’alloggio ci siamo facilmente spostati nelle zone circostanti necessariamente in auto. Insomma se volete un alloggio in una posizione strategica, che sia tranquillo, spazioso e vicino al mare, adatto per bambini e animali (recintato in tutto il perimetro) sceglietelo!

Ajánlom mindenkinek, tiszta, rendes, minden működik, szép a kilátás, közel minden. Családdal voltunk, kényelmes volt, tágas és csendes. Mi sem hangoskodtunk, de még így is napközben feljött az alsó szomszéd, hogy hallja, ahogy mezítláb lépünk… egy kellemetlenség volt, az utcán lehet parkolni, kevés a hely, nincsenek bérelt helyek, nekünk sikerült találni egyet, de pár nap után, mivel nem mozogtunk, kiszúrták a két hátsó guminkat. A vendéglátónk nagyon kedvesen azonnal a segítségünkre volt, de a két új gumi 400 eurós költsége rosszul esett… ez természetesen nem a vendéglátó hibája, de talán érdemes az autóval naponta más-más helyre parkolni, hogy a helyiek haragját elkerüljük.

Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

het is een mooi appartement volledig zoals beschreven. De gastvrouw reageerde tijdig op onze vragen. De flexibele aankomsttijd door het sleutelkastje was heel handig, zeker als je vertraging opliep door het vervoer, zoals ons overkwam.

La casa è pulita, dotata di tutti i servizi strutturati in maniera intelligente, e con un meraviglioso balconcino che dà proprio sulla piazza di Sperlonga. Le dimensioni sono pensate per rendere il soggiorno più sereno possibile, abbiamo anche trovato delle cose per la colazione che sono state molto gradite oltre che dei prodotti per il bagno. La cordialità dell'host ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole, siamo dovuti arrivare di notte e Vincenzo è stato disponibile nonostante l'ora tarda ad aiutarci con l'apertura della cassetta perché sia io che la mia compagna non riuscivamo ad inserire bene il codice essendo la prima volta che facevamo il checkin automatico; abbiamo avuto anche bisogno di chiedere informazioni sul parcheggio e i lidi ed è stato sempre molto presente e disponibile consigliandoci anche qualche locale dove poi siamo andati a cenare trovandoci più che bene. Lo risceglieremmo perché la posizione è ottima, come la cordialità dell'host. TOP

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

A truly wonderful experience and place. The location is perfect, with plenty of room and amenities needed to feel right at home. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We had an amazing time. Monica could not be nicer and was very responsive coordinating taxis for us from and to the train station and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location cannot be beat. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
