This cozy cabin is located in Crawford County, Michigan, known for its military & State owned land. 60% of the county is available for recreation including ORV and snowmobile trails, XC skiing, kayaking, biking and hiking. The cabin is surrounded by ORV and snowmobile trails. It is centrally located in the northern part of the lower peninsula for easy day trips to areas such as Mackinac Island and Traverse City. Higgins lake, with a small beautiful beach is just a 5 minute drive from the cabin.

Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Hiking and skiing trails are 10-15 minutes from the cabin.
