Fantastic location and hosts. Beautiful setting and close to amenities. It was a perfect spot to spend the holidays for our family of four.

A house with a personal touch with decorations of the owner’s many travels. The backyard is beautiful in spring, even fragrant, when flowers are in bloom. They are integrated into the home via some nice French doors into the kitchen.

Where do I even start?! Sheila and Anthony were the best host! Our checking in process was a breeze, with no complications. Upon arrival I found Sheila had set up a beautiful thanksgiving table for my family, with place holders and everything! The home smelt so clean as well, my partner and I walked in and could tell the home was just spotless, and we really appreciated that after a long day. They left a nice bottle of white wine as well, which was unexpected but so needed! Sheila set up giant Jenga for my children as well, which we had so much fun with! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the layout of the home was perfect. I woke up a couple times in the middle of the night, and in the master bedroom a window overlooking the WHOLE city is facing your direction. You can see all the neighboring towns from that window, such a unique million dollar sight to see. The patio was my favorite part, sitting outside feeling the breeze, with that view was life changing. Thanks again guys !

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

This house is incredibly spacious and looks exactly like the photos. All of the linens are well organized and the kitchen had tons of counter space. The fireplace was dreamy in the kitchen and we loved the absolutely enormous television! Very, very soft beds as well.

This was a great spot. We had a few team members staying here during a team offsite to Mill Valley. Convenient location, easy drive into downtown Mill Valley with great coffee and restaurants. Nice pool in the back yard too!

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Sean war sehr freundlich, gab uns viele Tipps und stellte auch Getränke und Snacks zur Verfügung, was eine tolle Geste war. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt haben wir uns unsicher gefühlt und insbesondere die Möglichkeit in der Garage parken zu dürfen, war sehr von Vorteil. Daher insgesamt für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

We had an epic three days at Lolo's place and are so grateful we had the opportunity. We needed to pivot last minute to find an Airbnb during our Spring Break to visit family and Lolo was super responsive and even let us check in early so it rental car wasn't sitting out front packed with luggage. parking was easy, neighborhood is fantastic. I grew up in Alameda so I personally love the area and it felt so great to explore the neighborhood. My husband and 7yo walked to get coffee and pastries in the morning, our 2yo enjoyed the playground nearby. the Airbnb itself has everything we needed, even a nice low to the ground cot for our toddler to sleep in, kids books and dishes. Enjoyed Ethiopian food for dinner one night. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, I wish I was still there.

Farzad’s home was spotless and stylish—easily the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Every amenity we could need was thoughtfully provided, and the furniture and décor made the space feel truly luxurious. The location was just as impressive: gorgeous views, a quiet neighborhood, and quick drives to all the city’s sights. Farzad was an outstanding host, always responsive with helpful tips and information. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this stay.

Great studio apartment, very comfortable bed, large kitchen, quick hot water in the shower. Was traveling for work and this little place checked all of the boxes.

We enjoyed staying here. The location was convenient and easy to find. We felt safe and walked to Target and other shops at the shopping center down the road. The house is about 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport, 20-30 min from Japantown and downtown. The house was clean and well-cared for.

Larry and Ana's place was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at! The house was so well kept, the house contained every item you could think of and the backyard was so peaceful. Check-in was very easy and Larry and Ana responded quickly to any questions we had. The location was perfect for all our adventures we had planned, Ocean beach, Alcatraz, the Exploratorium, the San Francisco Zoo and the San Francisco Aquarium. We definitely would like to return. Our family of 4 had the best time!

The location was fantastic. Easy access to highway, great distance to a lot of attractions we wanted to see. The home was peaceful & despite having shared walls, we never heard anyone or had disruptions. The host was very responsive & all his instructions were easy to follow. We definitely recommend staying here & plan on coming back.

There were several things I really enjoyed about Danping's place. One, the views of the Bay were stunning. Clean windows had a lot to do with that. Two, the hardwood floors were in perfect shape. Not always the case. Made for a cool bungalow feel. Three, the kitchen was spotless with a new and large refrigerator. A must for a family of five. Four, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I was in bad need of sleep. Five, the temperature controls were a Honeywell with four weekday and weekend settings each. I have the same at home. Made for an efficient use of heat. Six, though we tidied up quite a bit, it was nice to know that we did not need to be so anal about cleaning. Finally and perhaps most importantly, Danping was exceptionally responsive. Not so easy around the holidays, so it was very much appreciated.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It's in a gorgeous location with a view of the ocean from the deck. You can hear the waves in the distance. There's a hot tub that's in a beautiful spot beside a running creek with a waterfall. The house is clean, spacious, and very quiet. There's a wonderful little trail from the house that connects to the Mt Davis Trail, which is one of my favorite trails on Mt Tam, and is a beautiful little walk to town. Annie was wonderful - friendly, kind, helpful, and flexible. Would definitely stay again.

Fatima was amazing! I wrote numerous messages to her and she never took more than 2 minutes to respond. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I was very grateful. Her space is lovely - quaint, quiet, cozy. It felt safe at night and the beds were very comfy. I had great sleeps. The space was cleaned nicely and exceeded my expectations. Her neighborhood boasts some incredible restaurants and coffee shops within a very short distance. What a great find and is very good value!

nice spacious house with good distribution of space for privacy of guests. nice patio outside with a great view -- good for having lunch or early dinners... it gets kind of cold in the evening. hard to get around without a car.

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

Peter's Airbnb was even more beautiful in person than on the listing! It has a very relaxing, cozy, and calming atmosphere with beautiful decorations. There are trails to walk around on the property that have beautiful views and beautiful plants. I had this Airbnb for a work-trip for only 3 nights, but wished I could've stayed much longer!

Stayed with my parents and my 2 kids (5 total) for a long weekend for a family event. We loved the location near the beach and Golden Gate Park activities (we’ve done downtown many times before and wanted something different). The living space is so much brighter and more spacious than the pictures with nice plants and old details. Tony was helpful with a phone call walk through of where to find all supplies. Good food options on Taraval nearby. Highly recommend if you want to stay on the quieter side of SF!
