Five of us stayed at this home but more could certainly be accommodated. Tod was so receptive to anything that we needed. The home was in one of the best neighborhoods that we have stayed in and was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the added touches and Tod's hospitality. We certainly hope to return someday. Loved this little cabin so much! The screened in porch was amazing to be outside but away from the bugs. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The neighbors are friendly and helpful too! Eric was a fantastic host and attentive to any questions we had.

Nicholas was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. He responded within minutes to all of my questions. The house was very well kept both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and utensils for all our cooking needs. My favorite part of the kitchen was the coffee bar. There was plenty of linens and towels in each bathroom and plenty of beds to sleep in. This house was very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Wichita. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Loved the details like: Slippers for us to walk around in, filtered water in the fridge, HOT water :), nice clean bedrooms with luggage racks, noise machine and oil diffuser, quiet neighborhood, plenty of towels and blankets available, some exercise equipment set out for use, and smart tvs to enjoy our favorite programs! We really appreciated it all!

Hillside Cottage was the perfect place for me to get away for some much needed time to myself. The location and cottage were beautiful. Loved hearing the birds singing and even saw some deer passing through as I sat out on the porch. Will definitely come again!

The house was as described and pictured. Dan was responsive and friendly. The kids loved how spacious the basement area is. The owner was even so considerate to have already provided box fans for those that might need the background noise to fall asleep. The little details make a difference. Thanks, Dan!

Had an old man whiskey retreat. Excellent decor and surroundings. Perfect set up for a gathering. Made great use of the fire pit and beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend.
