Tim's at Lake Anna is a short car ride or boat ride to enjoy a meal and cocktail. The Cove and Lake Anna Plaza at the 208 bridge are close by including boat and jet ski rentals.

Come relax with family and friends on the back deck with fantastic views of the Potomac River! Bring your kayak, paddle board and fishing gear and access the river from the property or head to the community beach a few minutes walk down the road. Our home was built in 1990 as a place to enjoy the river and area. Our kids and their many cousins grew up spending summers and weekends on the water. Now that they are grown, we would like to share our home with you!
