A wonderful, well appointed home in close proximity to Healdsburg Plaza. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, fully stocked gourmet kitchen and felt very comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and Robin was extremely responsive! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again! It was perfect for us and our extended family.

A spacious and welcoming home. Plenty of seating for the six of us and the fully equipped kitchen allowed for easy preparation of eat-in meals. The weather was a bit chilly for swimming, but we enjoyed sitting outside in the peaceful surroundings. We appreciated the personal touch of Heather meeting us upon arrival and giving a summary of the property as well as answering questions. She was also able to grant us early access to the property which was very helpful. Thank you!

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. Best host and stay yet! The house is super cozy, has every possible amenity, including spare phone chargers. The hot tub was amazing and the pool pink flamingo and unicorn floaties gave us something fun to watch while lazing in the back yard. Two outdoor heaters, plus a gas lit table make the yard perfect in any weather. The tall fences made the yard completely private and the dog next door only barked a couple of times, because that’s what dogs do. 100% will stay again when back in the area. Totally worth the expense.

Stewart's place way very comfortable. It accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed. Relaxing to lounge in the back, enjoy the pool and hot tub. Easy to find, and in a good location. Stewart also reached out with instructions and welcoming reassure if we needed anything.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Photos did not do this place justice. The deck was such a nice surprise with so many small moments & touches tucked away to discover. As for the place itself, pitch perfect for a family and absolutely the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in an airbnb rental. I had absolutely zero reason to interact with the host because their directions were so clear, helpful, and concise! After experiencing a string of extremely disappointing rentals, this location was a perfect reminder of airbnb at it's best. Will definitely put this on the short list for return visits!

We had a wonderful stay at Gaetan and Cole’s beautifully renovated home! The space was thoughtfully updated, with plenty of closet space and everything we needed to feel comfortable. Gaetan and Cole were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our visit, making the whole experience even better. They also provided a great list of local activities, which helped us make the most of our time in the area. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely recommend their home to anyone looking for a great stay!

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

This house was perfect for our family trip! We prepared all meals there and the kitchen had all the supplies and utensils we needed. Beds comfortable and the reclining sofas were great. Beach access right across the street! We also enjoyed the pool table. Weather sunny, which was a bonus. I thank you for the use of the house and definitely recommend it for a family or friends trip! A perfect place to stay ! The cottage is so warm and cozy, extremely clean, so many nice amenities. It’s back from the street so it’s very quiet - with a beautiful green space in front with a table to sip morning coffee. I love the split bathroom - shower in one room and toilet/sink in another room. The kitchen is spacious , the bedroom has a big closet, the kitchen is perfect, and the living room area is so comfortable. Laundry room is close and there is great driveway parking. It is truly a wonderful place to stay !

We loved staying at Noel’s place! The location was perfect and the house was dope! The split levels were good for our two groups. We would definitely stay there again for our next Guerneville vacation!!

This is a nice beach home, with beautiful views from most of the rooms in the house. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room. The living room was rearranged since our earlier visits, which makes it more comfortable to relax in, and enjoy the view from that room.

This is a nice home, a bit tucked away from much else. It is right on a walking trail, which was nice—turn left when you hit the trail, and it goes farther. The Ektimo winery tasting room on the property was a great place to start our wine tasting. The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable, and the wines were all okay. It is a little bit of a drive to get to any restaurants or stores. The home was homey and comfortable and the table is absolutely stunning. I wouldn't say it is fancy or extremely well appointed but for the price it couldn't be beat. The goats, alpaca, and ducks on the pond were fun to watch and added a nice country feel to the place. The hosts were very proactive with instructions. It was super easy to check in. When getting ready to leave, we didn't have a 2 page list of things we had to do, which was nice since we had to leave early for a flight. I would stay there again!

Julia was a wonderful and responsive host. The place is stunning, sipping wine watching the sunset over the vineyards . . . . oh marrôn!

Mary's home is beautiful and cozy. It was the perfect space for our get together and being able to hot tub while looking over the vineyards is such a nice touch!

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. This was a magical place surrounded by vineyards and many small gardens of roses, hydrangea as well as lemon and orange trees. The cottage was spacious and charming and had kitchen basics plus we appreciated the milk frother for our coffee. We had a small snag at the beginning in being able to access the cottage, but the host treated us to a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant (while it was worked out), so we were very pleased and appreciated their kind gesture. We would definitely stay there again.

I have nothing but INCREDIBLE things to say about this place. From pulling in, everyone was in absolute awe of the house, the grounds, the space. It felt out of a movie. Perfect for two couples that want to spend time around the area and even drive around because it’s a perfect location. From check in to check out, we were so pleased with everything. Kitchen was well equipped, rooms were perfect clean and with space. Bathrooms super clean and just overall an incredible and unforgettable experience. We hope to come back very soon. Everything went admirably, the host is responsive. The views from the terrace are magnificent. As previously mentioned, some things look old. But this does not interfere with rest. A great terrace and a helpful host are a big plus of this property.
