It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. There is a keypad private entry. The property backs to the Catharine Trail and is within walking distance of town and the state park. Enjoy bird watching from your deck as you wants boats pass by. Pet friendly with net proceeds benefiting animal rescue groups through Dogged Perseverance non-profit, which runs Camp Dogged.

If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.
