Convenient and comfortable spot to stay while visiting family in Winchester.

The Guest Cottage was perfect for our family of 3! It was very spacious, large kitchen with all the amenities, very clean, had comfortable beds, and a great shower. The charm of this house was incredible and we felt very safe in this neighborhood. Tony was so quick to respond to our messages! He even told us where to shelter when a bad storm was coming our way! So thoughtful! We will definitely be back!

If you're ever in Meredosia, IL, and need a place to stay, this is the one. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and attentive, and I had absolutely nothing to complain about. A 10/10 experience — I would gladly stay here again.

I just needed a place to stay for a little longer in Jacksonville for my clinical rotation to finish and this place was quiet, clean and the perfect place to wind down after a long day at the hospital. Everything was in good working order and had everything stocked from towels to cooking utensils and bin bags.

Valarie's bnb was a perfect for a guys weekend. The proximity to the downtown area was superb while the bnb itself was immaculate. The house itself has great character and the decorations each room were all a nice touch. We really loved the Peanuts/Snoopy room. Will definitely book again anytime I'm staying in Jacksonville.

We LOVED this place so much!! It felt like the perfect balance of clean and cute, yet kind of a pleasant peek back in time being a refurbished cabin! Lots of charm and character. And the coffee cake was delicious and so welcoming. We’d love to stay here again if we ever are in Illinois and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean and well-kept!! This place was a breath of fresh air in our adventures. Thanks for being great hosts!!

Came into town for a friend’s wedding and stayed at Jaclyns place. It was super cool and stylish and easy to get to. It was very large and very cozy. Jaclyn and Colin were very quick to reply and take care of one minor inconvenience. We will definitely be back!!

Came to Jacksonville to watch my nephew pitch for IC, this is his senior year . Nicole’s place was perfect for our weekend. Hopefully it will be available for graduation weekend!! Would highly recommend
