Smještaj se nalazi u selu Pošćenski Kraj, u zoni NP Durmitor koji je na UNESCO Listi. Preciznije, "Koliba" se nalazi u samom podnožju Durmitora- Savinog kuka. Sa druge strane, objekat je veoma dostupan, asfaltnim putem,dolazi se nadomak smještaja. Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Renoviran i predstavlja udobnu oazu, koja je spoj tradicionalnog i modernog.

Koliba je okružena prirodom, planinama, bez gradske buke idealna za odmor i uživanje. Koliba posjeduje sve što treba za odmor- opremljenu kuhinju, bračni krevet, kupatilo. Kupatilo je malo u skladu je s konceptom planinske kolibe. Tuširanje je predviđeno na sredini kupatila. Zbog veličine kolibe nije moguće imati zasebnu tuš kabinu. Privatno je kupatilo.
