Great place for a get away and unplug from real life. Loved being able to take our 4 legged pup &knew he was OK and safe. loved the fenced in yard and dog door also. Beth was reachable and very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the future or of course keep it on our list for future trips. Most definitely worth the money paid.

Sarah has created a dynamic and comfortable place to restore and relax while you discover all that the Black Hills has to offer. Details such as park passes and a wheeled grocery tote were so very appreciated. The Johnny Cash theme is fun and classy, not cheesy. And the location is perfect—so close to essential retailers, easily walkable to restaurants, bars & shops, and super accessible to Custer State Park and other areas of interest. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Great place in the heart of Spearfish. Very unique. Several restaurants within walking distance. It was perfect for the Dakota 5-0.

we absolutely LOVED this place! super close to a lot of great restaurants and things to do. and an easy driving distance from national parks/monuments and state parks! janet was super kind and responsive as well as checking in with us halfway through the trip. she did warn us it was a little small but it was perfect for my boyfriend and i, had everything we needed!

We stayed nine nights and visited all the amazing sites in the area. It was so relaxing to have a place to stay that was so homey yet really well appointed. We were able to cook meals and do laundry which was a huge bonus

Stay here instead of a hotel. You get so much more. This place was super clean, very spacious and comfortable, and had pretty much every amenity you could want…washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron & board, large TV, full kitchen, etc… . Appliances were premium and new. Having a parking spot was also very nice. You can pop out the door and you are right downtown where you can easily walk around. Note that there really isn’t any sort of view. Despite the windows, opening the shades would mean anyone walking by could easily see inside, though there wasn’t much foot traffic..just from the few other apartments. This was not an issue for us. It’s on second floor with no elevator but easy set of stairs. Heating/cooling works great. Kitchen was supplied well for basic cooking. And they had paper towels, hand soap, kitchen towel, shampoo/body wash, coffee, extra garbage bags, and more. Finally, the place seemed totally safe and host was very responsive.

We’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s. This one stands out. Great location, good parking, easy access to the sights we wanted to visit and having an ice cream place around the corner - oh yeah

Our group of four adults enjoyed our stay. All essentials were provided and the photos were exactly how it looks, clean and cozy.

The place was perfect for our stay! We were there for about a week and it was centrally located for all of our day trips. It felt homey and was nice to come home to after a long day! Would recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I came to Rapid City for a long weekend to do some exploring, and this was the perfect spot! Conveniently located downtown so we could easily walk to restaurants or shops and parking was easy and accessible. The loft is clean, comfortable, and safe. A little loud on a Friday night due to people at the bars but nothing ear plugs couldn’t handle! If we ever come back, this will definitely be our first choice in Rapid City. Very pleased with our stay!

Quiet and peaceful with a backyard full of cotton-tail rabbits and the occasional deer. Safe neighborhood. We were hauling a trailer, and were able to leave the trailer while we took in some of the sights, and never once worried about. Clean,cute and would recommend.

Mary’s place was great. She was very helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed before check in. The area is nice and centrally located to many of the sites I wanted to visit while I was in town. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is always a huge plus. Two flights of stairs is a lot for some people, but I loved being on the top floor and didn’t ever hear any other neighboring apartment sounds. I traveled with my pet and worked remote using the WiFi while I was there for a week and had no problems. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

James made the stay so easy. He had easy instructions to get to the lodge and access the building/amenities. He went above and beyond by staying up late for us to arrive to show us how to use the hot tub. Definitely would stay again!

We very highly recommend this place! Teresa was a delight to deal with. Very personable She was so attentive to making sure we knew what events was going on in the area. She even sent us recommendations on trails that we should do when hiking. The bonus though was Willie the dog! He greeted us every afternoon as we pulled in and was ready to play ball Will definitely stay there again if we ever get to go back in the future.

Jodi & Kevin are phenomenal hosts. We felt ensconced in warmth and hospitality from the second we arrived at The Case Place. We thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding farmland and waking up to watching cows peacefully graze in a nearby pasture. Jodi is an incredible chef and we had the most amazing breakfast tacos! If you get a chance, we highly recommend trying out her other dishes as well. Overall, our stay at The Case Place was a perfect, wholesome finale to our trip to the Dakotas and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

This condo worked very well for our group ski trip to Terry Peak. The location is more than ideal!

Quick and easy check in! Location was quiet and just a few blocks from downtown. Host was very responsive. It was a very cozy place that we all felt at home during our stay. Hoping to book there again for the next family trip, if available.

Fantastic place! Exceeded expectations. Sauna and hot tub were great. Friendly hosts, clean and well maintained property. Terrific setting and a quick trip to historic Deadwood, Lead and Spearfish. Such an enjoyable stay.
