Stan se nalazi na jednoj od najatrkativnij lokacija u Podgorici. U blizini stana su locirane ambasade Kine, Turske i Madjaraske. Centar grada je na udaljenosti od 1 km, najveci shoping mall centar na udaljenosti od 1.5km. U neposrednoj blizini, na svega 50m se nalazi najatraktivnije setaliste brdo Ljubovic, okruzeno borovom sumom i koja je najpoznatija setacka zona u Podgorici. Stan se nalazi na svega 9 km do aerodroma. U blizini stana su takodje locirani brojni supermarketi, restorani i barovi.

It has a free private parking and it is suitable for both short-term and long-term stays and ideal for couples, solo travellers or IT nomades. It is around 20-minute walk from the city centre or 5-minute drive. There are two food stores nereby (IDEA, 3-5 minutes on foot) and a large store (VOLI) - 3-minute drive. There is a restaurant (Stara kuća) in close proximity (on foot).

An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, facing a vineyard, surrounded by pomegranates and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.
